I went at probably their busiest time in the morning, everyone going to work, droves of high school kids getting their friends coffee, and I still received probably the best customer service I’ve ever had at any Starbucks. The guy at the register (I think his name tag said Matt?) was great and the interaction made my day.

Worst experience I've ever had at a coffee place. My drink was made incorrectly I then asked to have the drink remade. They said no and then asked me to leave the store I called corporate they said there's nothing that they can do once again shows why I can't stand Starbucks they don't care about their consumer at all

Ordered a drink from drive thru. Heading out of town, took a sip, wrong drink. Turned around, went inside and I was not the only one waiting for an order replacement. Baristas gave me what was labeled the correct drink only to find that once I was on the road, that the brown sugar shaken oat milk espresso was only an oat milk latte. Seriously? More training needed at this location.

This location use to be good but due to a new policy ive been a every day customer for years and they all know me . however they wont even give me a water or use the restroom without a purchase starbucks has gone down hill for a person that spends so much money there to be told no on a water is obsered. dont go to starbucks in auburn there hurting for money badly . they are raising prices on everything amd treat loyal customers like bums of the street mo offense to bums

Got several tablespoons of grounds at the bottom of my venti cup. It's not the first mistake I've gotten at this location but I put them down to "we all make mistakes". This was the worst.

We learned the hard way that Starbucks in Target cannot honour Starbucks deals OR refund your Starbucks account. They can debit it, however.
The employees at the Target Starbucks are well intentioned and poorly trained. Polite and well meaning but tragically under-resourced in terms of skill and knowledge.
The Target employee who figured out how to solve my issues was great. It was inconvenient but definitely not urgent and she and another employee made a genuine effort to address my concerns.

This Starbucks has the most unfriendly baristas I’ve dealt with. No please or thank you. Arguing with me on multiple occasions. Not to mention, waiting over 20 minutes for a single drink. Gavin is a good store manager, but his baristas can do better.
