In working for the company, I am aware that there are certain drinks you have to build when entering since they are not on the menu. In management, we seek to please the customers within reason. I was disappointed today, when I placed my order at this store location. In ordered a double, blonde ristretto with warmed almond. I requested the almond to the top of the shirt cup because the shot is smoother for me. I ended up being charged the price of a grande latte and although I explained how to input the drink which is the same if it was iced with milk in whatever sized cup, she still advised that she was going to charge me for a latte (grande). I advised that I worked for Starbucks and how it’s always rung in, she shrugged it off and continued to charge me incorrectly.
Even if this was something they do, it would have just been something to do out of courtesy. I was very polite. Her service (the shift supervisor’s) was curt and dismissive. Everyone else was kind. You can tell that she was trying to tell them about me as they were all looking, but the staff on the floor were still very warm.
Aside from that. What a beautiful space. I come by there frequently in my travels and had never been inside. It’s beautiful!

Highly recommend stopping here for coffee and breakfast sandwich. Fast EV charger across road too.

The drive through barista was friendly and pleasant. However, I ordered a Gingerbread Oatmilk CHAI and asked if I could have it hot instead of iced. I was told yes. Driving home, I kept thinking, "This tastes off, it's not as flavorful as ones I've ordered elsewhere. When I got home and was putting the container in the recycling, I noticed the order said Gingerbread Latte, Blonde ESPRESSO Oatmilk. I have a heart condition. I am supposed to avoid caffeine. I can handle chai, which has a third of the caffeine of espresso. I can feel my heart racing as I write this, and hope it wears off soon. Next time I will have to be sure to check the order before leaving instead of trusting that it is what I asked for. The kind demeanor of the clerk gets five stars, the mixed up, potentially health effecting mistaken order gets one star, hence the three star review.
