The drive through barista was friendly and pleasant. However, I ordered a Gingerbread Oatmilk CHAI and asked if I could have it hot instead of iced. I was told yes. Driving home, I kept thinking, "This tastes off, it's not as flavorful as ones I've ordered elsewhere. When I got home and was putting the container in the recycling, I noticed the order said Gingerbread Latte, Blonde ESPRESSO Oatmilk. I have a heart condition. I am supposed to avoid caffeine. I can handle chai, which has a third of the caffeine of espresso. I can feel my heart racing as I write this, and hope it wears off soon. Next time I will have to be sure to check the order before leaving instead of trusting that it is what I asked for. The kind demeanor of the clerk gets five stars, the mixed up, potentially health effecting mistaken order gets one star, hence the three star review.

I had a frustrating experience at Starbucks when Nick, a drive-thru employee, refused to hand me my online order, instructing me to go inside instead. Despite no other cars in the drive-thru, my order was sitting ready next to the window. It took another employee inside to notice and assist me, causing unnecessary inconvenience.

From the midwest & have been traveling throughout CA for work. I had just arrived in the and stopped in for an afternoon drink.There was a line in the drive thru, but the fabulous team working this day rocked that drive-thru ? I was in and out in no time at all, despite the long line. ?Being new to the area, I had asked a couple of questions regarding the area. Despite there being a long line, the young man took his time to provide me with the info I was looking for. I super appreciated his patience and information. He was absolutely fabulous ? wish I had asked his name so I could give him a shout out. ?Thank you, Starbucks, for keeping me awake when I needed ? you're my perfection lil addiction! ? lol!
