I had a frustrating experience at Starbucks when Nick, a drive-thru employee, refused to hand me my online order, instructing me to go inside instead. Despite no other cars in the drive-thru, my order was sitting ready next to the window. It took another employee inside to notice and assist me, causing unnecessary inconvenience.

From the midwest & have been traveling throughout CA for work. I had just arrived in the and stopped in for an afternoon drink.There was a line in the drive thru, but the fabulous team working this day rocked that drive-thru ? I was in and out in no time at all, despite the long line. ?Being new to the area, I had asked a couple of questions regarding the area. Despite there being a long line, the young man took his time to provide me with the info I was looking for. I super appreciated his patience and information. He was absolutely fabulous ? wish I had asked his name so I could give him a shout out. ?Thank you, Starbucks, for keeping me awake when I needed ? you're my perfection lil addiction! ? lol!Vegetarian options: Options to pick fromDietary restrictions: Good choicesParking: Ample amount of parkingKid-friendliness: Kids there all the timeWheelchair accessibility: Ada compliant

Did not answer during store hours which I can understand if busy but what was unnecessary was the extremely rude tone over the phone when finally answered. I wouldn't mind the whole being forced to walk through the drive thru if they hadn't given such an attitude over the phone as if I inconvenienced them by calling during their open hours in the middle of dead time. Honestly, wish I didn't bother ordering. More so a waste of time and money even having done so ahead of time in the app. The one off of Lincoln at least has way better customer service.

Great drinks as always, but I have on numerous occasions had my drink barely half full. For the premium I pay for these drinks I expect to have my drink filled to the brim.
Slow. Served people that came after us first which is odd. I never liked the place. Only went with a friend. I dont like how they ran pa n ma places out of business years ago. I watched how they did it.
We stopped by here on our way to San Francisco for a few quick drinks and I was stunned by the beautiful interior of the building! I don't thing I've personally ever seen such a beautiful looking Starbucks before! The interior was absolutely cozy and well furnished, the exterior was pleasant looking and hard to miss as well! I ordered a Vanilla Bean Crème and a Bacon Gouda sandwich and, as to be expected, they're good! A very pleasant surprise and a great start to my day vacation! A very pleasant Starbucks to swing by and check out!

Asked for a Frozen Mango Dragonfruit and it took them twice to get it frozen. Also just tastes like dragon fruit and no mango. I've always had problems with this Starbucks with getting the order right. I definitely will not be back.

The staff here is absolute gems. I had placed a mobile order to the other store. Instead of sending me away, the staff transferred the order over. The store is clean and nicely maintained, way better than Bay Area! Will be stopping by again.
