I’m not sure if he’s the owner but he’s always there. He does a great job with his sandwich making. I would go in the morning to get my lunch for work. He loads the sandwiches up and makes sure the avocados and all produce is quality. Don’t go to the subway by bel air. They will cough on your food and put onions on your sandwich when you say twice no onions so they pick them off and leave bits of them on the sandwich. Auburn-Folsom Rd. Always a pleasure to order there. The gentleman is always there, friendly and joy to talk with, and very professional. Always great food. I have ordered not all but most of the menu. Always fresh food.
The owner Ray is a cool dude. He works this place on his own 7 days a week and is very friendly. Thick accent and a bit hard to understand at times, but he will load up your sandwich way more than other locations!
