Thank You Lucy!!! They were slammed with orders in person and online and Lucy was busting bunnies in there by herself! A lot of no show workers, so she was doing great! Thanks so much for showing up and doing your job and making me an excellent sandwich!
EDIT: I did talk to Karen this same day and she did infact offer to refund my sandwich and was very apologetic.The owner, wont answer her phone to give me a refund for the HAIR IN MY FOOTLONG! The employees were very apologetic and wanted to make me another sandwich but i declined. Seeing the hair made me sick. The problem here is they are not trained on how to give a refund and said that they will be introuble with the boss (karen). No where in the store or on the receipt says...
