Walked in and waited over 20 minutes for take out. Definitely not "fast" food, overpriced and, in the end, the quality was poor.
I feel bad for the staff, can't keep up with the drive thru lane. After this experience, no reason to ever go back to any Taco Bell...there's always a better option (especially in Auburn).

My wife, son, and I just went to Taco Bell for the first time in a long while. The young man working the window was terrible. He reached his hand out for payment without saying a word and closed the window to run the card, then opened the window and handed it back again without saying a word. When the food was ready he handed it out again silent when my wife said thank you he just glared at her and closed the window. Terrible service

DO NOT go here in the evening if you’re in any sort of hurry. This is not fast food this laboriously slow food. The service is very much phoned in. You can tell the staff don’t care or have lost all will to live.

$30 FLOP AT the Grass Valley Hwy Taco Bell. Ordered online and had a terrible experience at the drive-thru pickup. Employee must have opened the potato tacos six times and still got them wrong. All potato tacos had the wrong ingredients and one of them was made with chicken not potato. There was a hair in the cinnamon churros. I waited at the drive-thru at least 25 minutes for a pre-order placed 15 minutes in advance. And as they packed my order in a paper bag squished to death The drive-thru attendant still said sorry for the long wait we wanted to make sure your order was right. The order was far from right. I don't understand why my kids love Taco Bell.
