I just ordered a regular carne asada burrito, simple basic order that was packed full of flavor. Very good burrito, the salsa i got was the hot, so much flavor, you know its good when you're sweating, mouth burning but you can't stop eating it. Very good

Their Tostada de Camaron and Pulpo has Mayo. 😩😭. So I ask without mayo. It’s so freaking good!
They don’t have individual quesabirrias which is heartbreaking. I just want one. Even if it’s $5 each. They’re losing potential money. Not everyone wants three in an order. I wanted to try a few things from the menu but didn’t want to commit to 3 of them when I was trying to try their tacos, tostadas and quesabirria.
I do recommend. This place is delicious.

I have been here countless times for breakfast burritos and Quesa Berria. Their vegetarian crispy tacos are amazing. Probably the best in Auburn. However, you need to be specific how your order them. The Crispy Taco is a meat Taco. You have to ask for the vegetarian taco's ingredients to be inside the crispy taco. Bean and Cheese Burrito's are great too. I usually ask that they use whole beans, and that they spread the cheese throughout the burrito, otherwise, it ends up at the bottom of the burrito.

El Burrito Taqueria in Auburn, CA is in a super convenient location right off the freeway — perfect for travelers with nearby gas stations, grocery stores, and other food spots. We noticed they have a drive-through (which we didn’t realize at first), but we chose to dine inside. The restaurant was very clean and had a clearly displayed menu with plenty of options.
We ordered a variety of items to get a feel for the place: • Carne Asada street tacos – Flavor was good, but they were missing the usual extras like lime, radishes, grilled onions, or pickled veggies. Even the cilantro and onions felt a little light. • Bacon breakfast burrito – Yummy! It came packed with rice, beans, eggs, and bacon. • Coctel de Camarones (shrimp cocktail) – A nice option for something refreshing. • Flan – Tasty and held up well as a road trip snack. • Cookie from the counter – Skip it. It looked good but didn’t deliver on flavor. Brownies might be the better choice next time.
Customer service was friendly and quick, which we really appreciated. There’s also a nice outdoor seating area if you want to enjoy your meal outside.
Overall, this place wasn’t bad, just didn’t quite wow us. I’d probably try another spot first if I’m in the area again, but I wouldn’t completely rule out coming back — especially to try their red snapper dishes next time.
PS- Women’s 6 was CLEAN and maintained.

I hate leaving an awful review, this was just too bad. Pico rotten, chckn burrito gamey &fishy! No refund/replacement needed. Won’t go back, can’t eat any of it. 😓🤮

2nd time we've been here.. Honestly I can't find tacos this good in a 40 mile radius. I will easily drive that far to come eat the food. I ordered 3 different kinds of tacos and all 3 had so much flavor. The salsa is bomb af as well. I recommend this place 10/10. We will be back ??
