I'm honestly really upset considering the meal was almost $50 for 2 people. Sometimes the staff there is great and kind and our order is perfect, other times the staff has an attitude and our food isn't as good. Today, we were the only ones in line and I had ordered a carne Asada fries with Chicken instead of beef, the receipt on the bag says the same information and they gave me beef. I can't eat beef for medical reasons so my money is wasted, I have nothing to eat, and I live too far away to come back and get the correct order. As someone who was in the food industry for years, you should always prioritize what the customer ordered and not what's easiest for you to do.

New taqueria in Auburn, located next to the Tesla Supercharging station. Serving all of the traditional Mexican dishes such as tacos, burritos, enchiladas, quesadillas, and taco salads. Large selection of sauces at the self-serve counter that also has free chips. Interior is bright and clean. Good place to take a break if you’re on your way to Tahoe. Friendly and efficient service. Large free parking lot.

Solid Mexican food joint. Mrs had a yummy,filling cheese enchilada combo plate. Chili releno was big & tasty. Also had crispy carnitas and a ground beef taco, combo plate with beans and rice. All pretty authentic and consistent quality (3rd visit here) Employees are friendly and get the order correct. Excellent salsa bar,(kinda unheard of since Covid) chips, variety of salsas with a hot habanero version. We ordered enough for 2 with dinner leftovers.

This is the forth time I guess going through the drive through. Mainly for fish tacos. Last Thursday I did ordered three fish tacos so I did ate all of it… Unfortunately I woke up at 1am feeling nauseated & threw up three times. The next day I continued to do the same thing & having diarrhea. I guess it could be fish or salad on the tacos…

This place has great food but don’t bother with the churros. I go there once a week for lunch and I always get a churro. The first caramel churro I ordered was SO good. Then the next 3 were way overcooked. The caramel inside was always burnt. I don’t like to complain to restaurants because I’m not looking for a free meal but I finally decided to say something to the nice woman at the window. I just wanted them to be aware. As it’s now a habit I ordered another churro on this visit except I decided to try a plain one, maybe I’d have better luck. I got back to work, ate my lunch and finally decided to open the churro…. It had NO sugar or cinnamon on it. None whatsoever. I give up!

Food was excellent, plenty of meats to order, open chip & salsa bar is a plus. Diana the cashier is super friendly and gave helpful opinions on what to order. & staff maintains cleanliness in the whole restaurant.

I just ordered a regular carne asada burrito, simple basic order that was packed full of flavor. Very good burrito, the salsa i got was the hot, so much flavor, you know its good when you're sweating, mouth burning but you can't stop eating it. Very good
