I literally just had the most amazing slice of carrot cake I’ve ever had in my life and I don’t even like carrot cake.
I don’t like walnuts, I don’t like raisin but the cream cheese and cake knocked my socks off. The cake was so moist and the cream cheese was NOT sweet.
I didn’t buy the cake, it was a gift in my office and I am shook. I will drive from Roseville to Auburn to buy this again. Bravo.

Extremely friendly staff manning the table at the WED farmer's market in Sacramento. Olive loaf was better than Faria (!). Apricot scone and muffins on the crumbly side. My cornflake cookie fell apart. I'll be back for bread.

I’d recommend visiting this place when you’re driving by i-80 ! Delicious avocado toast and sandwiches!
Tasty roasted Turkey sandwich and chocolate chip cookies. Really enjoy it.

The Baker and the Cakemaker was fantastic! I had the Hipster Toast. The food was fresh, the coffee was smooth, and the service was friendly and professional. I will definitely come back again. If you have room for a yummy treat, there there is a variety of goodies in the bakery case including cookies, pastries, potato puffs, and cake slices! 🤤😋
From the moment you walk in you know you are in a special place....happy diners and friendly staff greet you!
.....and then, there's that wall of bread!! The cakes look so beautiful, the quiche so tempting, and the excellent selection of pastries! I grabbed a sandwich shaped loaf, a baguette, and a decaf latte and went on my merry way. Can't wait to return!
REALLY good bacon! And a very good decaf pour over. Sweet people at the register and a fun lively atmosphere when I was there. Two thumbs up.
Scrumptious lunch had by all, four of us having sandwiches and salads. What a great staff, with the manager checking on and chatting with us. Coffee and cookies were a nice finish. Easy going Cafe with above average food and reasonable prices.
