Everything here is amazing. We've been coming here for years, and every single thing on the menu is absolutely DELICIOUS. The service is amazingly fast, and fresh. The people are amazing and treat us like family, and have your back.

Everything was just fine. The food was good. The service was good. The atmosphere was good. Everything is so expensive today. This is not a dig on Mel's. It's just more than we can afford these days.

On line at Google it said it opens at 6:00 am, but now it says 7:00, so that is good. On the front door, the first digit of the opening time is missing... That did not help.

Food and service are usually
good, however this time not so much. Waitress never got us refills and did not see her the whole meal. Others were wondering where she was also. Food was sub-par, but we will continue to go there unless it happens again.

Super friendly greeting as we entered, which was a great start. It was busy, Sunday at lunchtime, but they were fast to seat us and take our drink order. The menu is fairly big, lots of breakfast and dinner choices. We went with the French dip roast beef sandwich with a side salad (the balsamic vinegarette was soooo yummy!), and some wings with a side of fries. The homemade cherry cokes were a sweet treat, as well. Overall, the food was good and priced as you'd expect for a diner.

Diner's are a favorite. We will be back!

Medium rare New York 6oz steak, 2 eggs any style, hashbrowns, plus biscuits and gravy!

What a great all day special at a price just under 20$.

Blant food, used to be good, the last few times were total disappointment, greasy and small portions, the worst Ruben sandwich you can buy around. Sad I have to say so, after going there for over 20 years,

Was extremely let down at the diner tonight. I got a chicken fried steak and the sauteed veggies with fries and cornbread my veggies tasted like they were stored in a bag then microwave to order, the steak tasted like a frozen premake with gristley parts that were hard and mushrooms that were tasteless. The fries and the cornbread were delicious but how could you mess that up, also had some mashed potatoes that were actually good too but again i can do all that at home nothing special here, it was quite overrated but the atmosphere and really nice waitress made it a little better still could have been better service, for 35$ a plate it was not worth it and i unfortunately wont be returning to mels diner

Food was terrific. My biggest gripe was when we went to pay and the young dorky looking kid kinda had a rude attitude when we accidentally handed him 9 dollars instead of 69 (nice!).
