Pulled up to Descanso with the boys, expecting sun and maybe a few drinks—left with full hearts and steakkk recommendations. Julian didn’t just take care of us, he basically adopted us. Redbull trash can full, vibes immaculate, service so good we started wondering if he owned the place. Then he casually plugs the other restaurants they run (marketing king Julian) and boom—we’re eating one of the best steaks of our lives later that night. Julian is the unsung hero of Catalina....
