Candy is old and stale. Bought cinnamon bears that were not cinnamony and banana taffy that tasted like soap. It’s all bundled wrap and when we asked why, cashier said they did it during the pandemic. I think it’s the same candy that never sold.

Do not get the salt water taffy it’s artificially flavored and tastes nasty. We threw ours out after trying a lemon and raspberry horrible after taste

I’ve been going to Catalina for 65 years and have always loved Lloyds. But for the first time ever I have to give a not so good review. First we were disappointed that bulk candy has been replaced by pre-packaged 1/4 lb bags for $4.75 which is pricey for some of that candy. Second the quality of the salt water taffy. Some of the flavors are so bad we’re spitting them out. They are smaller, not chewy and not flavorful. The cinnamon, my favorite flavor, was downright awful. A lot of things are changing in Avalon, some good, some disappointing but I hoped Lloyds would never change. Bring back the quality. And the bulk bags.

the ice cream somehow managed to be incredibly stale. the rice crispie treat we got was also incredibly stale. service was ok. just very pricey for what it is

We went here for ice cream, and it was good but not great. It met my expectations without exceeding them. They have a decent selection of ice cream, but I feel their forte is in the candies and chocolates. If you want a quick ice cream, this may be the spot as the line did move fairly quickly. If you don't mind waiting, I would recommend Scoops or Sailors Delight depending on if you want gelato or ice cream respectively.
Good ice cream. The only bad thing is there is a extra charge when you use your debit card.

If you love benching on ice creams, milkshakes, cookies, candies, this is a go to place. Excellent choices, very, very unique fudges. Candies, you can get lost in sweet things seriously. This place gives you all that you want for a sweet tooth. Excellent choices and very unique taste to cause both the days to this joint. And we were overjoyed with our family, enjoying everything. Lloyd's has to offer the unique. Evergn attraction is right across the entry plays from the pier Main Beach area. Wherever you go around, you will come to louis way to go fun for all ages
