The poke bowl was great! To veganize it though, you have to swap the rice for sushi rice and get no crispy wontons (egg). The server was knowledgeable and helpful.

Great food in an unassuming venue. Unfortunately they were out of yellowtail. Would have given higher atmosphere rating but the family next to us let their kid scream through our entire meal and bang on the plate glass storefront windows. No fault of the restaurant but the cruise boat guest definitely change the vibe.

I was happily surprised to get a delicious dinner in Avalon, where Iāve had many a mediocre meal over the years. The fish tacos were great and my husband said his grilled fish was superb.

The food was good, I got the Ring of Fire sushi? roll. It was spicy, but not overpowering in flavor. My only gripe was that the rice was too dry and crumbled off the roll. The service was okay, they seemed chill in there, too chill and we had to wait a lot in-between interactions. But the atmosphere and decor was all fish and fishing ? which I loved.
