Such good ice cream!! They had so many non-traditional flavors! I was surprised they had the superman flavor because that's popular in the Mid West and hard to find on the west coast. I ordered one scoop and it was basically 3 scoops so definitely worth the price. There were a lot of customers (as it was a sunny Saturday) but the staff were very efficient in getting your order, getting samples, scooping your ice cream & at the register. The vibes fit perfectly for the beach town. There was another ice cream place in Avalon that had a line out the door but I'm glad I went to Sailor's Delight. It was a tight space inside but that's okay because wouldn't you want to enjoy your ice cream outside on a sunny day looking over the water?! Again, great ice cream and I will definitely be going there to try other flavors the next time I make a trip to Catalina!

Great ice cream shop. $6.60 for a scoop might seem a lot but it's large enough of a scoop for two people to share. The place itself is tiny; just enough for the counter and a line for people to order. At times the line goes out the door but it goes fast. The flavors are innovative with a twist on the names. I had the iced latte da - "Caffeinated espresso ice cream with fudge swirls and chocolate chunks." The espresso definitely comes through and there's no shortage of chocolate chunks. With flavors like this, I'm sure everything is made from scratch. The workers are nice and serves your ice cream with a smile. Get your scoop here today!

Oat milk ice cream was okay. The 6 dollars for a small was not okay. The ice cream in the tubs in the freezer were melting also, not very appetizing and definitely not for 6 dollars for small little cup.

Nicest people and best ice-cream on the island!1) the ice cream is really rich and the flavors don’t taste artificial2) the second time I went there my Apple Pay broke. I was standing there waiting for my sister to come. The staffs gave me a cups spoon since my ice cream was melting and gave them to me for free because my boat is leaving in 10 min I love them so much they made my summer vacation so good.Must come must try must love!

For sure one of the more unique ice cream places on Avalon :) My favorite flavor is "This Sh*t is About to get Serious" lol It's a combination of salted caramel, chocolate fudge, and other yummy things that I can't remember BUT IT'S ADDICTIVE
BEST ICE CREAM ON THE ENTIRE ISLAND!! i tried all the ice cream places in catalina and the best overall is definitely this one, they have so many different flavors. only went there once and got munchie madness which was amazing!!!! employees are so so sweet even if they’re busy they still make sure to take care of each one of their customers you can tell they truly care. they even give out pup cups for dogs and take a picture of them to add to their wall! luckily my dog was able to make it up on the wall. the shop is kinda small but it’s honestly more of a to go thing rather than a sit down and eat. i really do appreciate the employees because they truly do make customer satisfaction their number one priority.

I've heard good things about Sailor's Delight, and I was so happy that it exceeded my expectations! The Fat Elvis (banana, peanut butter, and chocolate) was a home run and our favorite of the flavors we'd tried. It was so good that we went back again the next day! Highly recommend while in Catalina!
