Don't know how that happened. There's a nother ice cream spot the block, Lloyd's so dont think you have to get ice cream from here.
DO NOT BUY Marshmellow treats, not good, stale cereal, I bought the fruit loops. $9 approx 4x4 in size. I took 3 bites and threw the rest away.

Clean, good, but watch out for the employees overcharging you for what you get. This has happened to me twice where they will charge for a double scoop when you got a single scoop, or will charge for an adult single scoop when you got your kids a kids single scoop. Just pay attention.

Bad service. There was a big languange barrier and the man taking our order really struggled to understand what was on their menu. Then two other people started making the drinks and, unfortunately, made the wrong drinks entirely. After a couple tries of asking for someone to help with a refund (we didnt want to keep having drinking remade), another man came over with a rude attitude and said they had no idea what we ordered (even though their computer system printed it onto a sticker for the cup).

Popular spot here on the main dining area in Avalon. While the gelato is good, it is a little stringy, which makes it a little messy. Service is fine, but I don't like an ice cream shop that is not willing to offer samples, so they lose a star for that. Four scoops for $30 seems a bit expensive for what it is. There are many other ice cream shop options nearby.

Tiramisu flavor was quite bad - both texture and flavor. I also asked the guy for a second spoon and he said go grab my own, which I didn’t understand as he already got me one spoon. Bad service and bad ice cream

The gelato here is exceptional. It is very good, and they have a fairly diverse selection which also includes ice cream. Unfortunately, they have a penchant for running out of ice cream cones, so sometimes only bowls are available. The wait can also be long. When we went, the line was out the door and across another storefront. You may also notice this place as the line will either go across storefronts, or people will queue directly into the street and block the flow of traffic. Either way, the selection of gelato and ice cream is great, and the flavors are fantastic. If you're looking for gelato, this was the only place we found that offered it. If you're looking for ice cream, this place or Sailor's Delight are your go-to depending on the line and your desired wait time.

One of the worst ice cream I ever ate!! It’s just ice with sugar which tastes like nothing!! The pistachio ice cream also tastes like bitter almond!! Zero star!!

The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.
My family and I entered about 15 min before closing. My 5 year old daughter wanted to taste the difference in the two chocolate options but there were no samples which was weird but understandable due to the amount of traffic this place probably gets. The man helping us yells NO SAMPLES… twice, okay we got it but could have helped explain to my 5 year the difference in flavors. I personally would have left but she had been waiting for ice cream all day. She got her scoop and we proceeded to check out the girl now at the register says IS THAT ALL, I’m not sure why the staff all yells at their customers here but it wasn’t loud inside. I replied yes, may I have a cup in case my child spills her cone and she pointed and with attitude she points right there, and again IS THAT ALL… being in such a popular vacation spot for families a friendlier attitude towards small children would be nice.
