The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend the filet and sea bass entrees. If we return to the island, we’ll definitely be back!

The duck cigar is very tasty. Loved their tomahawk, cooked to perfection and great service. If I had one thing to nitpick , it’s the limited wine list which is same for every restaurant on the island. Highly recommended

Had a very special dinner here over Memorial Day weekend seated right at the window with views of the water and boats. Our waiter was fantastic and the food was delicious. Looking forward to my next meal here when I am in Avalon next.

My first time here. I'm a fan of Filet Mignon, and WOW!

First, let's talk about the view, I mean really, it's hard to compete with the view of the harbor in Catalina. As you can see, I was seated next to the window.

Next, Johnny (sp?) came to my table, super friendly, very knowledgeable. He told me the specials, and I asked a couple of questions, and went with the Filet. I also tried the strawberry lemonade, it was delicious.

The food came quickly, cooked to my liking, and let me tell you, the seasoning was PERFECT! SO good!! Johnny made sure I was good, refilled my glass, and everything was GREAT!

This was a WINNER!

Really nice and enjoyable place to eat. Atmosphere is classy, but doesn't require you to dress up. Service is the best I've experienced anywhere. Menu selection is very nice as is wine and cocktails.

The chicken entree looked like a grilled chicken out of the US Army DFAC (dining facility). The Kalamari was also gross. This must be a Catalina tourist trap, avoid!

Got the chicken plate and my husband and I both were sick after. My friends prime rib was chewy.

Johnny Q was our server. We ordered the steak. He was soooo inviting. He called us Texas. The atmosphere was nice and romantic or could just be comforting. We planned on returning but got sidetracked. We seen Johnny a few days later and he said "Hey Texas" Funny he remembered us. We enjoyed every bit of our stay.

OMG! We will definitely be back to Steve’s! We celebrated my birthday there yesterday and everything was perfect! Our Waiter Johnny treated me like a queen and made us feel like we were family. The whole atmosphere was amazing! Thank you Johnny and all the staff. See you next time we visit Catalina.

Went here for our wedding anniversary. Was gifted a gift card and truly was looking forward to it ( it was 2nd visit in last 4 years). I can say it was just ok, disappointed.
My steak was fatty, I got maybe 4 bites for a $46 steak. My husband’s was better however.
No free bread they charge $5 for that now.
I addressed my disappointment with staff, they gave us a dessert. That is not my idea of directing a bad experience. It’s too competitive and expense e to have an experience like this. Especially for a special occasion. Not sure I’d go there again.
Waiter was nice and did a good job.
View was great. Food, not so much.

Great dining experience. We were given the option to have dinner on the beach ( $5.00 fee). We'll worth it for the view. Ordered the Duck cigars ( duck cooked inside fried wonton with a plum sauce, delicious). Dinner was the ribeye steak with rice pilaf. My wife had the scallops with a bake potato. We were both extremely happy with our food, the staff, and our overall dining experience. Highly recommend them.
