We sat at the bar and had an AMAZING experience with Katie and Connor!! They were so kind, fast with refills and orders, and we're incredibly personable! It was an amazing experience just for them, and we will be returning for their shift specifically!! The food was normal applebees quality, but the atmosphere and experience was amazing because of Katie and Connor. If you're planning on going, come on Saturday in the evening and sit at the bar to have great drink recommendations and conversation with the two best bartenders here.

I recently visited a restaurant that, while promising a great dining experience, left me with mixed feelings due to an unusual and unpleasant practice: removing plates before diners are finished eating.
The ambiance was inviting, and the menu had an appealing variety of dishes. My order arrived promptly and was quite flavorful. However, the service turned out to be the main drawback. Midway through my meal, the staff began clearing dishes from our tableāwithout asking if we were done. This wasnāt a one-time mistake; it happened to everyone at my table, creating an uncomfortable and rushed atmosphere.
While I understand the importance of maintaining table turnover, this approach felt intrusive and disrespectful. Dining is not just about the food; itās about enjoying a moment of relaxation, conversation, and savoring the meal. Sadly, this rushed service detracted from the overall experience.
If the management addressed this issue, the restaurant could easily become a favorite spot. Until then, Iād advise diners who prefer a relaxed meal to look elsewhere.
This visit to Applebeeās was a delightful surprise! I was greeted by a friendly and approachable hostess with fair-colored hair, who offered me bar seating. When I requested a booth instead, she accommodated me without any issues and even took my drink order.
I ordered the āNEW BIG Cluckinā Grilled Chicken Sandwich,ā and it did not disappoint. It came with bottomless fountain drinks and fries, and I appreciated that my drinks were served in glass cups rather than the plastic ones Iāve often encountered at other Applebeeās locations.
The service was exceptionalāhands down the best Iāve experienced at any Applebeeās. My server, Alexandra, was incredibly attentive and ensured I had everything I needed. When I requested a second serving of fries, she promptly brought it over. The manager, Noelle, also stopped by to ask if my meal "hit the spot", she also even processed my payment, which was a nice touch.
I highly recommend this Applebeeās location. The laid-back vibe, excellent service, and quality food made for a fantastic dining experience.
