Since I come here almost every day for the Wi-Fi during evening hours, occasionally I will order either cheesy bread or a pizza and soda. I do appreciate the hot food but sometimes it gets delayed in getting it. Only twice have they screwed up my order and only once I left because an order was placed but never got made. Sometimes you have to be patient with the employees here but one of the annoyances I cannot abide is the very loud background music drowning out people trying to enjoy their meal and talk at the same time. I like the food here but timing issues need a huge focus at this location. Update 11/10 - And two other issues have arisen; 1. Access to app has failed, password reset inactive. 2. They refuse to allow my rolling luggage inside (where other people bring in their e-bikes and skateboards) and keep it outside where it could be stolen. One star has been removed due to these new developments.

Bad service, walked in and ordered 2 orders of 2 pizzas and payed separately. We received one order of 2 pizzas and did not receive the other. When I asked for the missing order they would not give me it and accused me of trying to get free pizza. Workers were very rude, disrespectful, untrained, and had a bad attitude overall.

My son went to eat here with his friends after school, and they made two different purchases of two pizzas each. They received the first order and when they asked about the second they were accused of trying to steal food. Not only was there proof from bank statements of food being purchased ( cashier did NOT give them their receipt ) but the manager was being beyond disrespectful and unprofessional. She could have handled the situation better and in a better manner. She literally told them " next time do not pay without getting your food first." How does that make sense ???? In this type of establishment you pay and then you receive the food. After the finally gave them their money back after not wanting to give them their pizzas THEY PAID FOR, she asked them in a very rude manner to leave. Nobody should be berated and disrespected for something they did not do. Please do better, your attitude was very disgusting.

My friends and I went to Blaze Pizza, 824 Alosta Ave. Azusa, CA 91702 on Sunday 8/6/23, and were disgusted and disappointed at what we saw. One of the workers was eating on the table next to us, after her shift, and she had her shoes on top of the table, which is very nasty and inappropriate. Not only that the shoes on the table are inappropriate, but it is very hot in this summer heat, about 98 degrees, and the restaurant air conditioning was not working properly, so it was about 80 degrees inside the restaurant. We called it out to one of the workers, and they told her something, and she went outside, and she did the same on the table outside. She later came back inside and slammed her shoes on top of the table again, with a defiant attitude. My friend asked her if she worked there, and she was very rude and told him, "what does it matter, I don't want to talk to you." Never again will we be back at this restaurant!! None of the workers seeme to care that she was being so inappropriate and rude.
