Been coming here for some time. Not sure what's up with the negative reviews. This place is one of my favorites. The best dirty chai and breakfast burrito I ever had. So much flavor in their chai and so much flavor in their burritos. Not greasy, not heavy... It taste clean but in the BEST possible way. I will be coming here often.

Great food! The house chilaquiles are my top 3 green salsa of course. They put beans at the bottom and they have a kick to them. Sometimes they are too hot for me but I still eat them. The concha French toast is soooo good. The coffee non-de La Hoya is good as well. I recommend this place for sure. When I’m in the area I go. Heads up, there will be a line and they are slow at all their locations.

Location: Good, Parking: Across the street , Service: Mix (Order at the cashier, food is brought to the table), Presentation: Nice, Overall: I have tried this place twice and have enjoyed both meals. The restaurant was not very busy. You can eat inside or out. I will go back and try other meals. So for this place I give 4 Stars...
