The place was clean and quaint. The worker was kind enough to fix our order after mishearing what we agreed on. The popcorn chicken was very delicate with the crunch, nice juiciness, slightly seasoned so it wasn't too salty. We ordered it with medium spice and it was enough heat and not overwhelming. Our jasmine green tea had a little bit of this soapy taste though so I wonder if they use an artificial jasmine green tea that is scented with jasmine, compared to a more natural jasmine green tea which is accented with actual jasmine flowers in the tea leaves. Our drink topping was crystal boba and that doesn't have any flavor to distort our drink. Would I come back? Maybe, they need to have better AC, we didn't feel it at all and the place felt humid to sit inside to do work.

Absolutely Not happy as Ive been here many times with my daughters who also get boba at this site. Arlene stated I could not use my stamp cards that Ive had for multiple months. Other employees have gladly taken one of the free drinks I claimed with stamp cards no problem. Arlene stated a new rule saying she cant accept my stamp cards because they werent all on one. My daughter was disappointed she couldnt use her stamp cards she had been collecting. Leaving an upset customer. Unprofessional when they offer this perk and are not able to
Accept if all stamps are not on one card. Great customer service she would have accepted the cards and made a customer happy and coming back. Unfortunately I will not be returning nor will my daughters to this business . Zero starts for Customer Service at this Establishment

On 3 separate occasions, we were given old crunchy rice. If you're going to be serving rice with most of your dishes, why have substandard rice? It's not that hard or expensive. Owners, be better and stop being cheap.

Some of the best tasting boba and popcorn chicken around.

Nice and cozy place to study. Buy a drink or and snack and enjoy talking with friends.

I had high hopes for this place given the averagely positive reviews and pictures.
I ordered an iced lychee green tea and their Truffle Egg Open Faced. I love truffle anything so I was excited to try it.
The meal was extremely disappointing and appalling. Starting from the salad, it was nowhere like the salad pictured online showing a fresh green mix salad topped with cherry tomatoes.  Instead, there was what appeared to be a kale salad, looking like dried out herbs and grass in a scorching hot summer day. The leaves were visibly dry and brown. Just looking at the salad, I wanted to send the plate back and ask for a refund but I didn't want to cause a scene. I also wanted to give the benefit of the doubt for the main "piece", the truffle egg sandwich which, to be honest, already looked sad.
It was mostly mayonnaise, couldn't even see any big chunks of egg because it was mostly thickened mayonnaise. It didn't taste like truffle either. It felt like they barely smeared the toast (one slice of bread in total cut in half, not quite a sandwich) with a drop of truffle oil.
To sum up, I would not recommend to anyone this spot. The quality of food is terrible. As the waitress, it was shameful to serve a customer that plate.
I give 1 star because they had free wifi and restroom available to customers.

I would much rather for places like these to exist , instead of the lame Starbucks. Food service, was handed coffee to my table (unlike Starbucks). For 6$ I was given a huge coffee cup, taste good, thick taste. Nice couches, pretty clean, but smells like smelly food.

Everything was pretty good besides the Asian man that works at the register, doesn’t greet, isn’t welcoming, doesn’t say thank you, doesn’t let me know how long it’ll take? Very poor service. I don’t think he said one word to me through the whole transaction

Great little café. There's plenty of room for larger groups and patio seating nearby. The teas are great, and they sell some treats like macarons for a fair price. I've met the owners, and they are good, kind people, and the service is quicker than what I've seen at other boba cafés.

Parking: Parking can be a bit tight, but I've never been unable to find a spot nearby.

Been coming to this place after being introduced by our high school daughter. Our whole family is addicted to their yummy and flavorful fruit smoothie boba. Our favorite is the strawberry peach smoothie with boba. Thank you Cafe Bungalow for making our almost daily treat. The ambiance is clean and modern. The staff are friendly and respectful, they even accommodate my daughter's starbucks chai latte order with sea salt caramel syrup. My daughter loves it!

Easy yummy lunch! Their popcorn chicken was delicious and just the right amount of heat (I got medium spicy). The curry on the side was a superb touch. The tea was also good. The woman who worked there was really friendly and attentive so great service. The only thing I wish was different was the dressing on the salad (a bit too much/saucy and sweet for my liking). Next time I’d probably tell her no dressing but I’d definitely go back! Good experience
