Lady in the first shift with a broken arm on her right arm and glasses has been rude several times while ordering and she was refusing to give me ranch unless I paid 50 cents which that no other worker or other location has ever tried to charge me. When asking for her name she would not give me her name. She was not wearing a name tag and she has a poor attitude and work ethic. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Other young workers in the morning shift and even late shifts have always been kind and hard working. She is truly the only one who i have noticed recently in my morning orders that has been extremely rude and unprofessional. I have left without my order the 1st time she was extremely rude. Losing customers, I hope Carl's will replace her or check the cameras.

I never get on here to give a bad review but today was unacceptable. I had to give 1 star just to write this and I wouldnt even give them that.This is literally the 2 time they messed up my order, the last 2 times I went. Today they over charged me and when I questioned it to the manager she closed to drive thru window and went to the back. They definitely need better customer service/new management. Somebody that going to show these people how to do their job correctly.

Disgusting customer service, was just calling to ask to see if I could apply, I got my number blocked and the only answer I received was a quick scream through the phone, Disgusting establishment, Disgusting people don't eat here It will give you food poisoning for their over priced slop, and they url code doesn't even work, cant even complain to the right folks for them to do anything about it, bad management

I went to this Carl's Jr. The girl was very friendly. I ordered a chicken combo. The chicken was very juicy with my hot fries. It's a relaxing place.

I came in today at 11:30 and there were about 5 people in the store i ordered a 5 piece chicken tenders combo with onion rings instead of the regular fries and lemonade and the lady was very nice and kind when my food was ready she called me out and asked if i needed any sauces i asked for ranch and BBQ the chicken tenders were so good and juicy and big the lemonade was super good the onion rings were nice and crispy it was very worth its price

Carl's Jr. Always BIG Always over kill but it was the only one open so we took two sandwiches after 24 hours flight. Lemonade was water rather to be lemonade but the girl services us was amazing she replaced it FOC and with apology and smile, at the end it is whats matter. Chicken sandwich was salty rather they spicy, which was should be, the burger was ok per my partner. Fries was salty but we asked for it to be bit but it was too much, we didn't finish it. Expensive as well, two sandwiches one is kids burger with no cheese and one chicken spicy sandwich combo total was $18...yuik

The person working the drive thru was rude when i pulled up to the driveway. I asked what the specials were. She said, in an exasperated tone, that they were the same ones every day. I do not know this as rarely frequent Carl's jr. I pulled out and got down to speak to the manager as that attitude was uncalled for. The manager was the one on the drive-thru. So I recommend taking your business somewhere else. I know I will from now on after this experience.

I was driving thru today, and the cashier didn't even know the deals post outside their store on their window. She didn't bother to check and just sound apathetic overall. She just said, "I don't know," and left me sitting in an awkward silence. To make matter worse when I got my order, it looked like they just threw order in the bag and didn't even bother to give some napkins and didn't bother to ask me if I wanted condiments.
