Gio at CAVA absolutely made my experience outstanding. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. He took the time to explain options, made great recommendations, and ensured everything was prepared exactly how I wanted. The food will not disappoint! I dont like to step out of my comfort zone when it comes to food, but given that we live in such a diverse area ive decided to open my taste buds to everything.
I have the build your own Pita Wrap with chicken. Ordering is very similar to Chipotle, you tell them bowl or Pita Wrap and then they proceed to ask you what you would like.
I am not familiar with this type of food beside having Pita bread and hummus. In the Pita wrap the first thing they put is Hummus, then the protein of your preference (I did grilled chicken), then the section of toppings. I wont go into every topping but I did olives, feta cheese and pickled onions. You can then add two sauces, I choose to have my sauces on the side given that this is all new. I had the Skugg and Garlic sauce both of them good but the Skugg was new to me and hit the spot with my Pita wrap as a whole. Pita Wrap was $12.95 (As of December 2025).
First bite, so many different flavor, with a very satisfying experience.
I would highly recommend to get out of your comfort zone and try this place.
The staff was very patient, and was nice enough to provide sample if we were interested. I opted not to sample to avoid holding up the line, but remember that you have that option.

Overall a great place. I have ordered online now and this was my second time. The first i went inside to grab food, today I did digital drive through. I'm big on customer service. So when I got to the window there was a lady packing up bags. I was expecting a one moment look ot gesture, but didnt not get one and she kept on loading up orders. She left and came back like 3 times. Then finally we made eye contact and I smiled and then she came to the window to assist me. A small little thing but why I gave 4 stars overall.
