went through the drive-thru, and there were only a couple of cars in front of me, and waiting time was longer than it should have been. Once I received my order at the window, I checked everything was there and noticed i was fry-jacked my large fries were not filled whatsoever. They took my fries back to supposedly give me more and received them back in a white bag and didn't think much of it and drove off. When I checked on my fries they didn't give me a single fry 😒 if anything seems like they took more off. Very disappointing and not very accodating of your service. Won't be goign back.

Ordered through drive thru, was told at the window they did not have biscuits so had to settle for muffin. Was given a burnt muffin.
As a new customer I had no idea that you have to pay extra to get lettuce and tomato on your sandwich and that they come dry unless you ask for sauce. It was a long wait for 2 lousy, expensive sandwiches. I dont get the popularity. I felt ripped off I will never return
