I’ve been trying to find out when the chicken tortilla soup begins. Online says to call your local restaurant. The restaurant doesn’t answer the phone but directs you to go online. I like your food but the directions are very unclear

Would give it a zero star if I can ordered 4 chicken sandwiches and they were all cold and cheese wasn’t even melted on it the filet was as thin as paper just overall not a good experience mad my stomach hurt

Chick-fil-A's food quality is consistently good, this branch included. However, the workers in this particular branch have occasionally got my order wrong on both dine-in and drive-thru. They always fix their mistake, but it's still slightly inconvenient. Ordering directly from the app has been more reliable in my experience.
