The food is great, the portions are generous, and the prices are good. I’ve been to a lot of different Chinese food places and this is the best in all aspects. I recommend this place any chance I get??

Mediocre and inauthentic Chinese food and a typical and generic run-of-the-mill fast hole-the-wall catering to Western tastes. If you are only going to fill hour belly then eat here. If you want delicious food, find another place to eat at.

I had to pay $ 39.24 by choosing 1 large beef broccoli side and 1 large BBQ Pork side SO EXPENSIVE!!!??
We usually order a 2 item with chow mein and rice, sometimes with the smaller fideo like noodles. We get spicy sweet and sour fish, bbq pork, teriyaki chicken, orange chicken, sesame chicken and beef or chicken mushroom. We always get egg rolls. A good price. Delicious and very filling.

Don't come here. Horrible customer service. I asked for beef and broccoli as they had a whole tray of beef with 5 broccoli on it (they were big pieces). She gave me all 5 pieces and barely any beef. I told her it was too much broccoli and if I could get more beef. This lady proceeds to take off 2 pieces of broccoli with no added beef. I asked her why she was being stingy, and she said those are the portions. I told her to at least put the 2 broccoli back in, and she did, knowing I was about to leave the store, but she was laughing while doing so. Also, they always give my credit card back with greasy fingers and rarely cook the teriyaki chicken right as it usually comes out red.
Very disappointed with my 3 pieces of chicken and mountain of green beans 6 fatty pieces of bbq pork and old chow mein. I've been going here for years always spend $30 or more and I've never felt this ripped off. Asked for more meat then vegetables was ignored. Tume to look for new place

Took forever to get our food, which is not a problem of the business necessarily. But if I waited so long, I expect good food. Somehow there was a line almost to the door, but we still decided to wait. Once we payed for the food, the guy tried to upcharge us. When we questioned the price, he tried say its because we got three combos. But what actually happened is the guy had put our order into the machine with somebody elses order already there. Eventually another lady helped us and we payed for what we ordered. Not a lot of the food looked fresh. The jalapeno chicken I ordered looked like it had been sitting there. But it tasted good surprisingly. All the food was actually good. What bothered me the most, is they were stingy. They did not fill my whole plate with food when most Chinease food places do. I literally have a picture but im not sure if it will let me add a picture of the food. Also the boba tasted like it was old.

I am a food reviewer for my Twitch and YouTube channels where I try to give places like Chinese Taste a chance to make themselves known for good food, and a good deal. Unfortunately, as much as I was satisfied with the sweet and sour chicken I had at the time with a Coke, I was left wanting for something better. Allow me to explain - the order process was very good, yes, and the options to create what you want are of a good variety but I did find the eggrolls too manufactured (I'm far too spoiled with my sister-in-law's handmade eggrolls) and the fried noodles weren't very al dente. In fact, they were a bit tough and chewy. The only saving grace was the chicken as it was wonderfully balanced and tasty but could have been hotter in my informed opinion. For a meal that costs about $12, it was filling but came across a couple bits of chicken that were tough to bite through. I did a livestream that day (a Foodie Friday) and gave my thoughts about it. Was it good? Yes, but only marginally. Since Hong Kong Express closed last year it fell upon Chinese Taste to take a spotlight but now because of the food taste, I may not return. The atmosphere inside felt stale and uninspiring to a great degree, plastic covered a multitude of areas (was it being fixed, I wonder?), the menu seemed disorganized behind the counter but managed to stay so my viewers could see me and what was going on at the time to give my honest opinion.Don't get me wrong, here - I find that the Mains were good but overall, I would hesitate to return unless it looks more inviting where the interior is concerned. The tables and chairs seemed adequate for the place but to me felt it needed more. The exterior looks good with the menu posted on the door and the option to order ahead seems convenient as well. All in all, thank you for the experience but if I return it would be to see some changes to make it really inviting for customers like myself to suggest this place as a must-visit.
