The whole order fell through the bag. So upset since it was an order for a birthday celebrant's request and no one can take a call at the restaurant for me to notify them what happened except to of course, place a phone order.
Not only this, we ordered 2 bowls and 1 burrito, and they didn't want to give us more than 1 vinegarette. Lastly, when we ordered guacamole for all 3 orders, they were being stingy on the guacamole serving and only gave half of a spoon serving. If you're going to especially charge 2.99 (quoting the server) for guacamole, you especially need to make sure you give a full serving and not look hesitant when we are just kindly asking for a full serving. We ARE paying for it, so why half serve us like we're asking for a favor? Smh

I noticed when I arrived that the floor was dirty and the tables was not clean and I was watching an employee that was the cashier accept money and then didn't wash his hands I had to mention it to the employee and to the staff and it's an important hygene and the store had no forks and I heard a customer ask about a meat and the employee said oh it's 720pm so there's no more when the store closes at 11pm so the staff should have plenty of food and the beans looked like it has been sititng the female did serve me more lettuce when I asked but overall this ovation needs more work and more professional staff to actually care about the appearance and cleanliness of the store

Food bar was fully stocked except for the white rice which they still skimped us on, no line but why we still waited for about a good 3 mins to get served even when they had a full staff, 2 people by the cashier area and 1 person had back faced towards us when he was right in front of the serving bar. No greeting until about a good 45 seconds till we had to make eye contact with someone. So unprofessional especially for a full staff. Just a bunch of young adults talking. Atmosphere is always cold and too loud.
Food: rice looked a bit uncooked. No idea why we had to wait when they didn't even know we'd ask for white rice as if they were going to give us the newly cooked rice. They still skimped on the rice portion and gave us the old rice. What a waste of our time for old cold sitting rice.

Been going here for years...Last 2 times I was terribly disappointed! The serving size of my bowl was quite less than I have had in the past - totally skimped me on the beans and chicken, and then got an overdose of corn. The flavor has been below par as well. I used to love this place but I now doubt I will ever go to this location again. There must be a new manager that doesn't understand how to please customers at all. I suggest going somewhere else!!

I come to this location often and its always a pleasant experience. I want to give Andrew a shoutout, I was having a rough day and he his professionalism and sense of urgency to help me out really lightened my mood. Its people like Andrew that make the world a better place. Keep Crushing It bud!
i got a carnitas burrito and it came as chicken instead, the girl that served me was rude and rushed me, i told her i wasn’t sure about what to get (was ordering for someone else) and she was NOT helpful and very very rude. i asked if they could label the burritos and the guy goes “i obviously don’t know which is which”.. as someone who works in customer service i feel as if this is just not okay… the girl was also rude to her coworker.

The first thing I noticed was that the entire lunch shift staff were all young men. These young gentlemen had this store cleaner and more well-ran/efficient than any other Chipotle I’ve been to. The food was fresh, my burrito was wrapped clean and not sloppy with sauce oozing from the side like other locations I’ve been to. Definitely impressed with this location. Keep it up, guys!

Love this place.Chipotle is the tasty blend of authentic Mexican flavor with its delicious burritos and salads.The manager, Matt, expects perfect customer experience from his friendly staff while the restaurant is always clean and spotless.I love the new spicy chicken, and if you add guacamole and sour cream you are in for a treat.Planning on having some friends over here soon?This restaurant serves great choices of ice cold bottled beer with choices of favorite bottled sodas.Hungry and yearning for a great south of the border taste?
