Would have loved to enjoy the guac with my meal but it was unbeatable. Usually it is smashed, nonetheless this avocado wasn’t even ripe as it was very hard to even chew. I haven’t never gotten a chunk like this before and I am honestly really disappointed.

Terrible customer service and rude, tend to over charge at this location, so be careful because price fluctuate base on the employees. I use to get a drink and taco here for $15 or under, but every time it is different price and today they charge $22. Definitely will not be returning to this establishment. I come here all the time and today push me over on how much they cheat the customers.

Had the worst experience right now at this location. They were out of chicken at 10 PM when they close at 11 PM and they had us wait for 15 minutes while the chicken was cooking. That wouldn’t have been the problem, except for when the chicken was done cooking, they told us they made a mistake and not chicken was for an online order so we were gonna have to wait another 15 to 20 minutes. It’s now 10:30 PM Literally the worst experience ever. How do you not know how much food you have prepared? Definitely will not come back to this location again. The only positive was that the girl at the front was very sweet. But they definitely should have known how much food they had and not had us wait for 15 minutes for nothing.
I paid $10.20 for a full portion, but they only gave me half the amount! They also forgot one of the items. Their customer service line doesn’t work—it’s all just robots responding. The portion size is extremely small! Totally not worth the price. Very disappointing!

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Casey at Chipotle! She was absolutely amazing—working nonstop to keep everything running smoothly. She made sure the line moved quickly, food was stocked up, and everyone was taken care of, including me. You could tell she really cared and took pride in her work. It made a big difference, and I really appreciated her energy and effort. Great job, Casey!
I love chipotle but i’ve gotten food poisoning twice from this location. The cashier had a lot of attitude and took forever to bring me forks. The store had a sticky feeling and was not clean at all. I had a fever for two days and could not stop throwing up!!

What happened to this place I been coming here for 3 years in the past two months food is gross orders are not correct they run out of stuff unacceptable I had to drive to another location which was 3 miles away smh I’m sick of this place!!! I’m not coming back simply trash !!!

Careful patrons. I was charged for guacamole, which clearly states on the menu it is included on the bowls. Contacted customer support outside of the restaurant, and they said it is in fact included and I should not have been charged. How long have they been charging for guacamole that is included?Almost $3 a scoop. Check your receipts.

Food was ok, but the service was absolutely terrible, some rude older woman almost made me miss out on my meal because she couldn’t read the paper of my online order and she was just terrible in general. I doubt I’ll ever eat here again because of the service.

This location is so stingy they scoop your chicken and then shake half the chicken off the scoop also they use smaller scoopers than the Glendora location

The whole order fell through the bag. So upset since it was an order for a birthday celebrant's request and no one can take a call at the restaurant for me to notify them what happened except to of course, place a phone order.
Not only this, we ordered 2 bowls and 1 burrito, and they didn't want to give us more than 1 vinegarette. Lastly, when we ordered guacamole for all 3 orders, they were being stingy on the guacamole serving and only gave half of a spoon serving. If you're going to especially charge 2.99 (quoting the server) for guacamole, you especially need to make sure you give a full serving and not look hesitant when we are just kindly asking for a full serving. We ARE paying for it, so why half serve us like we're asking for a favor? Smh

I noticed when I arrived that the floor was dirty and the tables was not clean
and I was watching an employee that was the cashier accept money and then didn't wash his hands I had to mention it to the employee and to the staff and it's an important hygene and the store had no forks and I heard a customer ask about a meat and the employee said oh it's 720pm so there's no more when the store closes at 11pm so the staff should have plenty of food
and the beans looked like it has been sititng
the female did serve me more lettuce when I asked but overall this ovation needs more work and more professional staff to actually care about the appearance and cleanliness of the store
