The portions what they are serving its poorly. But the price are the same. I had long time to eat here for the same reason. Paying more for less. I went to try one again but still the same . About the food ots good but i dont like to see a bowl almost 3/4 of the top.

This particular location consistently UNDERHANDS the protein. Whether dine in or Uber Eats, they’re super stingy with the meat. 4-6oz is the bare minimum and they always miss.I would either go to the Chipotle across APU or all the way in Monrovia in the Trader Joe plaza.

I went a couple days ago to this location and spent $75 on lunch. I had 2 large bags, and in one bag were (2) bowls, one of them this half/half bowl with sofritas. Apparently very juicy?? Like, probably more watery than juicy, but I drive literally only 5 minutes back to work with the food on the passenger seat and as soon as I park and go to take the food out, the larger bag with both bowls rips open and juice and items fall out onto my leather seats. On my nice purse, on my keys, my key fob, in the cracks and crevices of my car and personal items, all because someone couldn’t 1.) seal a bowl lid properly and 2.) place the bowl straight inside the bag. Unbelievable. I don’t pay $75 for food only to have my car juiced and need to spend more money to get the stickiness & smell out of it. I was pissed.****Will NEVER go to this location again.

2nd time a peak hour on Sunday evening out of Cheese.. told they have it and it takes time to shred the whole block at once.. better to be out I guess. nobody shredded it.. plenty of employees.. please fix this problem.. can't be out of cheese at a Mexican restaurant...went somewhere else..

Stopped by for lunch today decided to dine in. Atmosphere was nice very clean, bathrooms were presentable. My food was great, however during my experience you can hear a staff member in the background belching very loud, Obnoxiously, & disrespectful especially when dealing with food.During this time there was two women in front helping a customer during this had taken place. The staff workers looked embarrassed to be witnessing these interruptions as you could also hear "help me" in the back yelling aloud. You could tell this employee was goofying around.This type of behavior is unacceptable in the work environment I'm surprised these types of behavior is accepted with no supervision.

They did not pay attention to customer's notes to make the order, I need less beans and more rice, apparently they didn't care. The steak also tasted different from before

Portion size is too less, I come to this store often but with the new employees everything is so much less of portion size

Service was fast and the location was very clean. The parking lot here is awful so the location is always slow.
The rice was soooo hard lol but they remade my bowl without question.
