This is the worst Del Taco I've ever been to. First I want to comment on how long it takes for someone to finally come on the speaker to take your order, then there are times I sit there and wait and finally drive up to the window and someone is waving me off telling me their not open when there's a huge sign saying they are open 24 hours. So I end up with no breakfast and no time to stop anywhere else because I'll be late for work. The food quality is not so great either, the cheese is not melted and the tortilla is stale.

Placed an order online and they got everything wrong. Horrible service, ordered sauce and got none. Had to go back and they wanted me to bring back the food they messed up. Do not go to this place and never ever place an order online.

I love Del Taco But in the recent 2 years this specific location has gone down hill in service. I purposely avoid this location. Pull up to the drive thru and you'll wait there until tomorrow for them to greet you. You will not be acknowledged. They don't care about the customer here.
If Executive management is reading this please look into rewarding/compensating your disgruntled staff at this location. Maybe the incentive for employees is not satisfying enough to care about customer service.
Del Taco. You were rated #1 Fast Food In The Nation. Please keep it that way. Look into these types of comments. I hope to one day franchise a Del Taco and this type of comment will be addressed if I was the managing the restaurant.

Just had the most horrible experience I've ever had at a del taco in my entire life. Went to order 3 burritos and two chicken rollers and ended up with a spicy chicken burrito and two bean and cheese burritos. When brought it to the managers attention he said oh we didn't charge you for the two chicken rollers and I explained the whole order was wrong. Long story short he overcharged and argued with me after getting the order wrong a second time and having to completely redo the order a third time. The incompetence of this location at Azusa and First is horrendous and would avoid ever coming here again.
