The hype was really bad. This place needs a total revamp with there employees, food and condition of there restaurant. I can't stress enough how bad the bathroom looked like. The chicken was way over cooked and the strips were fried way too dry and flavorless, the breading was falling off the strips and was hard as a rock..

Really good chicken. The sauce is amazing. Big portions. The location is pretty run-down though. The bathroom is pretty bad. Looks like an old McDonald’s. Somehow they were out of the tenders.

Honestly the best chicken plate I've had and especially for the price u can't beat it , way better than any fast food and very tasty, every time I go to the city I always stop at Dino's and take some home.

Sadly this place missed the mark for me. The hiking cheese fries were very subpar while the chicken strips were meh in taste. Although the food was meh the staff here were friendly and hopefully their food will get much better and be just as good as their customer service.

Food is good. Service is alright.I went for the famous chicken plate which we usually get it in LA but we decided to give it another try here. I understand thier sales on that chicken is not as famous as in LA that is why the chicken is not marinated for longer time as they can't risk it. But still good. The sauce was too watery on my fries but still had good flavor. I will definitely give it another try. 3rd is a charm.

It's been 20 minutes and the food isn't even out yet. How hard is it to cook chicken at a chicken drive thru? It's not even busy inside the restaurant. This placed used to have faster service. Now it's gone downhill. I'm not coming back.

Ordered chicken strips combo, said 10.99. Get to the window they charge me 12.99? Okay whatever. The guy at the window was cool and had great service but when I got my food the chicken strips had an enormous amount of pepper and was so dry and over cooked. Idk why they would even put seasoning on chicken strips like that. It was overbearing and not good. only ate one and threw my food away I was so disappointed.

The food here is delicious. My boyfriend showed me Dino's (surprisingly haven't tried it ever) and he got me hooked. The chicken is super juicy and the burgers are good too. We typically see the same male cashier at the drive thru window and he is always very nice and friendly. The cooks/staff are also really nice as well inside. They even gave us a free box of chicken fries last time we went, possibly due to the long wait inside? But thank you for your service, we appreciate you guys!

I waited on my food at the drive-through for about a half hour so they can give me a wrong order. Then told me to park in the sun so I can wait an other half hour. No way. This place use to have good service. I guess the quality of people working there now just sucks. I order two chicken dinners how hard is that? I wish the owner would see these reviews.

My second time getting a to go order & 2nd time requested to put more juice on my chicken & get home disappointed again. instead of giving me more juice on my 5 orders of chicken a la carte ( no sauce at all) maybe it's my fault I didn't check my order but bags are already closed tight, it was funny coz I even told my daughter not to swing the bags maybe next time I go back there I will tell them to leave the bags open or I will watch them bag my orders
