So upset! This location didn’t do as asked! Pizza was still good. I give them 1 star because one pizza was totally not what I ordered! Didn’t feel like going back and complaing. The only reason I did not press the issue is because it was still good, but they did not follow directions at all!!!!!

I was a few minutes late to pick up my order, unlike other locations where they keep your pizza hot until you arrive to pick it up...nope not here at this Domino's. At this Domino's they have the pizza out just sitting there on a shelf getting cold. So yeah we had cold pizza for dinner.
No point in complaining or bringing it up to the manager's attention I'm sure we would have gotten nothing in doing so. Anyways point don't be late to pick up your pizza at this location you'll walk out with cold pizza.
Like I mentioned other pizza spots will keep your pizza hot until you pick it up, not Domino's.
I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and paid like 5 dollars extra. I received a regular pizza. I’m super pissed. But it’s ok one star for this place

Ordered a new stuff crust pizza on 4/18/2024 @ 1pm for delivery. Tell me why I paid for ranch and didn't get it and the pizza wasn't even stuff crust at all. This place is always getting bad reviews but I have them the benefit of doubt but once again they have failed. I DO BOT RECOMMEND GETTING PIZZA HERE. Support your local pizza spot Azusa.
Good was great but the store seemed severely understaffed. I felt sorry for the poor worker running the store alone. My food was 30 minute late for pick up.
