They consistently short you on the fries which hasn’t been my experience at other locations.

Where's all the employees at? It's barely 7:33 pm on a Saturday afternoon. Place was closed

Way to expensive and tasteless, fries almost burnt!

Expensive but the food was good. Fries are the best

5 guys is a good hamburger...nay a great one! But in this day of $7 gas it has become a luxury to spend nearly $18 for a fast food meal. Perhaps this is why the place was empty and In n Out a block away (a far inferior burger) has a line wrapped around the universe. I understand quality cost more. And there are add on (which seem to be miniscule as of late) but to survive in these times 5 guys should confer and find a cost solution.

Way overpriced all I ordered was a single burger with cheese and a order of french fries no drink and still just over $15 was my total and the food was only average tasting. McDonald's food actually taste better.

I haven't eaten here in awhile wow was I in for surprise. A single cheeseburger is $9.19 fries and drink not included. Don't get me wrong I like 5 Guys however $23.00 after tip a bit much.

The food and service were good. Extremely disappointed to see that this business offers a Female exclusive restroom and an “All-Gender” restroom, however there is no Male exclusive restroom. If we are to be “Inclusive” and for “Equality,” then having only Female and All-Gender services and no Male exclusive restroom, seem counter productive to the cause.

I read an article where the person said that-In N-Out was her favorite burger until she tried Five Guys so my wife and I thought we would try Five Guys. We both ordered the Little Cheeseburger (Fresh, hand-formed patty hot off the grill with American-style cheese, lettuce, tomato and pickles) Little Cajun Fry and a Large Soda. The burgers came and my burger was bigger than my wife’s. My wife asked if both burgers were the same and was told yes. I hope the pictures show the difference. My burger seemed to be in two pieces and fell out of the soggy bun. My wife’s burger stayed together. I don’t think their burger was any better than Jack In The Box and certainly no way close to In-N-Out. Service was fair not overly friendly.

Delicious burgers indeed and the fries are great too but definitely on the pricier side than your average burger spot.

5 Guys is the Best! Better than The Habit and dare I say, better than In 'N Out. And the French fries are simply outstanding ?

So disappointed. I introduced my parents to Five Guys yesterday. Everything was great until we found a hair in our cheeseburger. However the French fries were yummy!

Hamburgers on par with In N' Out (i.e., good). Fries are good and plentiful. But the prices are quite high.
