Great small venue, customer service is very good. We love that there is lots of chicken choices in flavors either dry or sauces, and that you can get your chicken fried, roasted, etc. All the sides r very good Great Tuesday Special for $10.

Food was great the service from Luisa was not great, she had a very bad attitude and acted like she did not want to be there tonight. I'm sure someone would love to greet people and take their order and pack their order. Please watch out for this girl. I have been here a few times and never had this bad experience before . If she is working here I will not come back .

No issues on ordering the wings.. I use a coupon I got in my apartment.. I decided to try them see how good they were.. but unfortunately no flavor the sauce was there but plain.. I ordered bone in 4 different flavors ?

I would like a manager to call me ASAP. Tried calling various times, straight to voicemail. Has no choice but to go in there and order. Walked in and I'm told no walk in orders. I asked how I'm supposed to make a phone order and two female employees repeated themselves and one proceeded to ask what number I called. Told her that it was the one on the website, and she said it was weird, cause the phone hasn't rang. I asked if they would take my order for the inconvenience and she turned sideways and said "as you can see, we are busy" I said cool, and walked away. Again I wasn't to speak tia manager.

The food here is great ! I enjoy all the option they have from the style of the wings to the flavors tenders etc. I definitely recommend going if you're in the area. The service is great as well, every time I go all the workers are nice and polite. They are always very helpful with any questions asked. I'm glad I found this place. Keep up the great work Hoots .

I've come here several times, and loved it everytime. Today, however, we were 1 wing short (out of 10) so I mentioned it. The staff went above and beyond to fix the error and quickly. I really appreciate it and thought they deserved a shout out.

Was EXCITED to see Hoots open and to my GREAT pleasure 1st two times I ordered wings, they were as good as those I’ve enjoyed at Hooters restaurants.However, ordered wings again this evening and sadly they arrived soggy (as apposed to crispy like they used to be) due to the styrofoam packaging they were served in vs the containers they had been delivered in the past ☹️

Wings are fine but the online ordering system isn't.You can't order extra sauces separately. Fix the menu so you can order items ala cart instead of always being forced to combine with wings.No Lemon Pepper wings?There is also no way you can order included wing sauce on the side.
