This place is not friendly to the hard workers of the American transportation system. I drive a 53ft truck and I had no way of entering the drive thru. When I went to the window and explained to the worker that my truck won't fit in the drive thru, he was rude and denied service to me due to my transportation method. PLEASE DO BETTER. The truckers bring 90% of things you consume. Be more courteous as well and train your employees to be more respectful. Worst thing is if I ordered online I would've had no issue receiving my food, but since they saw a mexican truck driver they discriminated me. Very poor job!

Just got home from jack in the box. The order was wrong, and they made us pull up to a spot then gave us cold food.They also gave me a small coke when I ordered a large coke with light ice. Then they gave me a large coke with extra ice. And we told them several times we wanted no sauce yet they filled our bag with hot sauce. Despite us repeatedly telling them no sauce. Do not come to this location. They also gave us the wrong burger. We ordered the bacon ultimate cheeseburger. Yet all we got was a burger with no bacon.

If you order thru the app early mornings check your bag. Twice i ordered the 2 orders 2 breakfast jacks which =total of 4 and twice i did not get one order so paid for four just got two and cant go back because rushing to work. Afternoons is shady with some people just hanging around not ordering. Other than that love Jack at the 24 hr drive thru
