Take an order, put the order in the bag, and these employees ALWAYS get the order wrong, I don’t understand what justifies them getting paid $20 an hour when they can’t even do the job correctly, perhaps tbey should have to take my meal money out of every paycheck until they can earn an honest paycheck.

If you order thru the app early mornings check your bag. Twice i ordered the 2 orders 2 breakfast jacks which =total of 4 and twice i did not get one order so paid for four just got two and cant go back because rushing to work. Afternoons is shady with some people just hanging around not ordering. Other than that love Jack at the 24 hr drive thru

Horrible horrible people working at night. Not only did she talk so fast and rush through taking the order she got everything wrong. Then had the audacity to say any more last minute modifications to the order. Like we didn't say it the first time and she had an attitude then we get our food after being told to sit to the side for like 10 minutes she brings out 6 cold monster tacos cold curly fries like what was the point pg having us wait and the food isn't even fresh. Thumbs down on this Location whatever you do DO NOT GO AT NIGHT. I FEEL LIKE MY FOOD WAS TAMPERED WITH BECAUSE SHE COULD ACTIVELY LISTEN TOO BUSY TRYING TO RUSH IS WE CAME IN BETWEEN 2:40 - 3:00 am. 10/02/2024 Imma have them check the tapes

Don’t understand why fast food workers are getting paid $20 a hour for the worst service imaginable. Never come to this jack. Gave us cold tacos and bottom of the barrel fries. Onion rings were hard as rocks. If you call no one answers. Dont believe the fake reviews your reading.

Okay I understand they understand at least one star for effort but bro come on can you please make sure the tacos are warm? ?? it’s 1:22am at least warm up the tacos in the microwave bro?! I’m sure you’ll get a better result during lunch hours but locals get hungry too. Im just saying yall got a raise to $20 make sure my tacos don’t feel frozen……. Don’t be mad that yall get laid off I don’t wanna get sick… yall are liabilities to this location. Just sayin…….. please refund man. ? and you forgot my large fry’s ……..

As usual my order was messed up this occurred on July 31st 2024 at approximately 2:05 p.m. because I don't like to hold up the line checking on my food it appears I have to keep making that a habit this is not the first time this location has ruined my order I don't understand people make mistakes but for this to be happening more than one occasion and fast food service workers make in 20 an hour, one would think that would improve morale work ethic. I'm not going to Jack In The Box anymore at this location perhaps I will give another shot with other franchises but not here this particular Jack in the Box keeps ruining my orders.
The breakfast sandwiches always taste great as they are cooked after you order!
But that's not all!
Jack has great Chicken sandwiches, cheeseburgers and fries.
All sandwiches come with fresh meats and never leftover vegetables or bread.
Jack's is the only restaurant that has held this claim since I became a customer in the sixties.
Open 24 hours. Night owls will never go hungry, as the drive thru is always open.

I ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwich when I bit into it chicken seemed raw uncooked however I called them out on it and even though they were super busy and understaffed Cleo came and delivered me a proper sandwich thank you Cleo I was starving great customer service
