Honestly worst customer service ever. We have been waiting for 5 minutes just to order. ORDERR ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.
The lady who took my order was rude. I asked for a drink on the menu her response we don't have the ingredients instead of offering me a different option she walked away. She finally came back. I ordered something else on the menu and it was size large. My cup wasn't filled. It was just a bad service. I can't say the names as they don't have name tags. I won't be coming back anymore

The service is always slow even with new management. They seem to not have ingredients in stock. One employee seems to be working around 11am. The place needs to be cleaned and repainted.
I thought they were really Natural games but I half believe they were not. They use some jugs that carry the liquid and they mix it with ice and that's it. I never looked at fresh fruits 😭

Went in today for a large smoothie and it had no flavor tasted like ice! The girl at the register didn’t say hello seemed miserable, After my order was ready she didn’t even bother to call out that the order was ready. So much for New Management..

My girlfriend and I went here on Thursday to grab a smoothie and waffle. We ended up being there for over 30 minutes and of course being irritated about having to wait so long we were so excited to get our smoothies. We both took one sip of our smoothies We were both 10 times more pissed. They were horrible. They were the consistency of water and tasted nothing like they normally do. There was only one girl in there and she had no business being in there by herself. She had no idea what she was doing. She had no clue how to multitask, she would put a smoothie in the blender and walk away to the back even though there was five people standing in line, and once she finally made your order, it literally tasted nothing like what we ordered! I can not believe Anyone thought it was acceptable to leave that girl there working by herself with what she was capable of. I am so mad we spent $25 to literally throw them away.

Its 945pm and they are closed. The sign reads 10pm and online to. No wonder theyre dead empty all the time. Horrible service. Actually, no service.

Went in to Jamba juice to get a smoothie and it said "under new management", the only girl there was ringing up the orders and making the smoothies.
She had a really bad attitude, she shouldn't be helping the public. I will never go back and wonder how many people feel the same. The new management should invest on a cashier with great customer service if they want their business to be successful!!

Horrible customer service from the Asian girl who worked Saturday June 22 during the night (9:30pm) shift. Did not greet. Walked up to the counter with a horrible attitude. I had to ask if she was having a bad day? To make things worse, the smoothies were terrible! Worst smoothies I’ve ever had. I want a refund! Will be making reviews on other platforms until this situation is rectified.

We just left Jamba juice, waited 10 minutes and no employee was manning the front. A customer before us was waiting and had left too. This has never happened to me, so I went to the back to check if anyone was there and if they were okay. The employee came out of the freezer, she was on the phone, and was very abrasive yelling at us to tell us we had no right to check on her. She left the freezer open, no one at the register, this was such a terrible experience. I hope she has a better day, and learns from this moment. She could have been robbed, killed, the store could have been vandalized. Leaving now at 505PM.

I work in the area and it’s very unfortunate every time I go here they don’t have anything! I want a protein parfait; they don’t have strawberries or banana. Next time I go they don’t have Belgium waffles or certain ingredients to make a smoothie. I kid you not, this happened on 4 occasions with me different weeks. Management should try to do better.
