We just left Jamba juice, waited 10 minutes and no employee was manning the front. A customer before us was waiting and had left too. This has never happened to me, so I went to the back to check if anyone was there and if they were okay. The employee came out of the freezer, she was on the phone, and was very abrasive yelling at us to tell us we had no right to check on her. She left the freezer open, no one at the register, this was such a terrible experience. I hope she has a better day, and learns from this moment. She could have been robbed, killed, the store could have been vandalized. Leaving now at 505PM.

I work in the area and it’s very unfortunate every time I go here they don’t have anything! I want a protein parfait; they don’t have strawberries or banana. Next time I go they don’t have Belgium waffles or certain ingredients to make a smoothie. I kid you not, this happened on 4 occasions with me different weeks. Management should try to do better.

The moment I walked into the location the associate working body language looked like I was a bother to be there at the at time . No other customers present. She did not smile no customer service at all.

Went to get 3 smoothies at about 3:00 and saw 2 other groups walk in before us. There was only one employee there. One group ordered ahead and promptly received their order. She took our orders and we got our order sooner than we expected. The employee finished the orders quickly and efficiently and was very pleasant thru the time we were there.

This is honestly THE WORST location ever to go to. They never are stocked up on anything to make any of the drinks you want, their staff is limited so they're rarely open when they say they are online and seem to hire college people from across the street that would rather do anything but their job. I've gone multiple times trying to give them a chance cause I live right here but each time I run into a different or same problem that I now drive the extra mile just to get my moneys worth. I pay for a $9 shake for it to be watery and tasteless or so chunky I can't get it through the straw. Not to mention the terrible service where they're extremely rude because I can tell they're just doing it for the money. But I've spent my last dollar here. Drive anywhere else literally. This location is ass

Execution on smoothie was poor, needs thicker consistency and taste is weak. The only young man who was there seemed like he needed more practice and guidance on providing quality customer service.

I walked in on a Saturday afternoon, there was a really long line and only one worker working. I had to leave and was very disappointed I couldn’t get my favorite drink. Also the worker didn’t even acknowledge the people in line. Saturdays I would think there would be more than one worker.

Just came here today and waited 20 minutes for two freaking smoothies, my order wasn't even take until I was here for 10 mins. Terrible management/owners. The poor employee was completely by herself while she had several customers and orders to make. Either they're too cheap to pay employees or They want the employees to suffer. This location is right by a bunch of busy colleges and students that I'm sure need a job.

Came here a day ago around 11:45-11:50 or so and the girl the that was working put a sign up saying she on break which is understandable. So i waited till she was done. An hour or so later she still wasnt back from break and other people were also waiting and trying to go in but the doors were locked and we can see that the girl was peaking trying to hide in the back. Wouldve been better if they had 2 people working
