It was a pleasure being assisted by JERRY he’s always on point. I’d rather go to this place than any other. He always greets u upon arrival. He’s quick, pleasant, smiles, has small conversation while preparing your food. He’s very friendly and a hard worker. Sadly the workers have to deal with running out of supplies. And disappointing the customers. Management really needs to step up their game. Take time to do the CORRECT intake on inventory! Kept up good work Mr. Jerry!

Horrible experience with one of the employees I never had a bad experience prior but this one time was horrible because the employee was complaining after I asked for my usual order of getting the tomatoes grilled for my sub he starts complaining after I bought my sub that they can't do that but I asked why here and other locations prior to this time never had a problem know all of a sudden you have a problem with that I will never come back to this location ever again in my life.

This location here on point! Little better than all the others around the area.
Especially with the deal they have going on right now the buy one giant and get the second giant for only $5! After 5pm only.
No other locations around the area have specials that this location have. Any Jersey Mike's location you can't go wrong with their subs all fresh and flavorful! This location just has better deals than the others. I would say their staff here is a little more on it as well, never have to remind them not to forget my sides.
Staff very friendly,polite and welcoming as well. They also seem to put more meats on your subs here than the other locations around the area. The homie that rides the E-bike made my sub dude packed it! Didn't get his name but BigUps!
The store is always clean, chairs and tables nice and neat and clean floor. Overall this is my to go location.

I'm a Repeat customer for the past 10 years. I always order #56 Big Kahuna Lrg on Rosemary BRD with Extra Meat and the fresh jalapenos and Red Peppers plus the extra cheese the sandwich is always fresh with the additional extra cheese in Every Bite Melts in your mouth . .I can say I would never eat anywhere else when it comes to a Hot Beefy Philly's cheesesteak delicious every Bite.
Placed an order online, asking for minimal mayo... got my sandwich, and they gave me EXTRA mayo. Legitimately, I had so much mayo that there were globs squirting out the side & between the cuts just when unwrapping it ...once taking a bite it even got worse... It feels as a blatant disregard for my request as it was about double the normal amount (I know because I have forgotten to request minimal mayo many times before & it was way less of a mess & slimey of an experience that what I just got.)

I came in to pick up an order, I said the name for someone 10 feet away, they asked me a 2nd time for the name, they understood, then another fellow 20 feet away said I got the order and said what is the name? So a third time I had to repeat it. Like, couldn't the first fellow 10 feet away answered him, OR, better yet, WALK UP TO THE PERSON less than 3 feet away and ask them the name. THAT is customer service. Don't ask someone to constantly repeat when YOU can't walk a few feet further, since that is the pickup area.

I placed an order on Tuesday with Derek for delivery due to possible new customers coming on Thursday to tour our offices and warehouse. The food was to be delivered by 11:30am on Thursday but then on the day they were to arrive, I got the news that their flight at LAX didn't even land till 11:30am! I called JM and spoke to a sweet gal who told me her manager Ashley was actually on her way to deliver the food to us! I asked her if she could call Ashley and ask that the food be delivered later so that the sandwiches are fresh for our potential customers. I apologize, I think the gals name started with K, she called Ashley right away and stopped the delivery for me! And then Ashley later brought us fresh sandwiches closer to the time the visitors were to arrive. We went with Jersey Mike's because of the wonderful quality of the food. 5 stars to this wonderfully helpful team!! I will definitely be ordering again! You guys ROCK!
