I don't know what's going on today, but at least an hour wait for chicken is ridiculous. How does a chicken place not have any chicken ready for lunch time. ?

When we got there they had a sign cash only , then when we changed our order to something cheaper the lady at the counter said you Can Zelle it to them , so we went back to our original order , we placed our order and the attendant (a woman didn’t get her name ) asked me what kind of tortillas did I want “flower or corn” I told her flower. When we were given the food I checked to make sure we received everything and I saw she gave me corn , I gave them back to her and reminded her I ordered flower, she turned around and said “oh sorry we only have corn” I asked her why she didn’t tell us before placing the order ? Why did she ask me flower or corn ? She didn’t answer me and walked away. Left me standing there . Then we get home and the beans were Luke warm and not hot , and so was the rice . The chicken was delicious as always but the service was horrible and the beans and rice were warm almost cold . I hope the manager sees this review and act on it .
This place is busted. There was a rude/angry worker. They only take cash or Zelle. Fountain drink machine was wrecked. It was dark and dingy and I don't know how they pass a health department inspection. The food was meh. And I'm pretty sure he over charged me on purpose. Take my advice and just drive a little further to the real location.

Really bad experience the food was super salty the chicken, the beans salty and uncooked, salsa really salty too snd very expensive plus they charge more than what the cash register shows they said that the cash register doesn’t

The staff are nice but the food isnt all that great. The potato salad tasted rancid, and the rice had zero flavor. It was okay, I thought of Juan pollo in Santa Ana but these guys aren't affiliated whatsoever and have nothing to do with them. Oh whale!

I think its closed because the tables and chairs are gone, doors open no one inside. Too bad, the pototoe salad had a sour taste and they charge a surcharge if you don't pay cash. I go the the covina blvd location.
Definitely do NOT get this location confused with Juan Pollo. They are NOT THE SAME AT ALL. If you want to eat the driest chicken of your life, come here. Salsas are not good. One tastes like nothing and the other tastes so spicy like it has a weird olive taste to it? Kind of bitter? Potato salad is bland and rice and beans also seem dry! Not sure how that is possible. If you order the chicken hard shell tacos you're better off making them at home because the shell is as if it just came out of a box and not even heated because it is stale. This place is walking distance from me but I will never go back. Real Juan pollo locations ONLY.

Very disgusting food . No flavor at all sides are small little salsa containers. Anne chicken taste wet. I got chorro the next day.

I am disappointed.The burrito is huge, but the chicken isn't grilled. Nor is the chicken tasty. The chicken is almost wet lol. The "pico de Gallo" is literally ALL tomato NO onion and 2 sprinkles AND 1/4 of the portion is water -.- .. the "side" of potato salad is embarrassingly smaller than the pico de Gallo. How is the side going to be smaller than a portion of salsa ?. I was so disappointed. Never going to a Juan's pollo again.

Ordered chicken to go and it was charred. Make sure to check your order before you leave. I have never had this type of experience at any other restaurants before. The worker inspected my order but probably didn't notice they sold me burnt chicken, very disappointed & will never visit this place again.

Well , now I see why it's empty must have changed ownership! I bought food for a party I was soooo embarrassed, the rice was plain steamed sticky rice, the potatoes salad was old . I wasn't even given a receipt when I asked for a receipt I was told I could not get one that it could not be printed. So I returned the next day for are receipt. To my amazement it was the same girl from the night before that could not print the receipt. (Melissa) hand printed a receipt with a little chicken stamp lol . I guess I am not buying food from this place anytime soon !
