Terrible! They are never open during the hours posted! I’ve gone there twice during the hours posted and both times they were closed! Complete waste of time!The owner replies saying look at google. Then why does he have a IG account with the hours listed as Tuesday to Saturday 12 to 5pm? If a business has a social media, then they should list correct hours!!

Keith your kettlecorn is out of this world!! Taste on point. Have never tried but am loving the Windy City. Me and a colleague picked up 7 small bags today. Customer service was excellent. We will be back!

I love this popcorn! There are so many different flavers to satisfy every taste! I had the kettle corn, movie-theatre, and sea-salt pepper. All were delicious and the prices were very reasonable.

One of a kind popcorn shop with such a variety of flavors and excellent service. Pricing is good and cravings are satisfied every time I go here. Love all the combinations possible and creative flavors you cant get anywhere else!
I first heard of the place through a SGV eats post and wished it was closer to me. Today as I'm heading to my sister's I realized I'd be passing close enough to stop by and check it out. I love popcorn in all flavors and was excited to get some for me and for my neice/nephews. It's a small store front in Azusa. But it looks like they stay busy- two people came in after me. The owner was in preparing a pre-order of 175 x-small bags of kettle lorn. Both the owner and the guy behind the counter were helpful, informative and willing to let me sample whatever flavors I wanted. So many to choose from. I ended up getting 5 bags (Windy City mix, vanilla cupcake, blue raspberry, buttery caramel, turtle mix) and started eating them in the car to my sisters. I love that all the bags are resealable except the x-small. The bags are made of a thick plastic and the reseals easily! The Windy City mix is the caramel with cheese. Keith said he's going to be making his Chicago style which has the buttery caramel and cheese but hasn't had time. That should be amazing. He has traditional caramel and the buttery caramel which takes longer to make. The vanilla cupcake is sweet-but I love sweet. Like a vanilla kettle corn with white chocolate drizzle! The blue raspberry wasn't too sweet and not my fav but I thought my 5 year old nephew would love it. The turtle seems to be like a light caramel corn with chocolate caramel drizzle. I'll definitely come by again and try more flavors! Maybe more savory ones next time.

Hands down excellent service! Great selections on flavored popcorn. The best flavor is Chicago Fire. It's sweet and has a spicy kick at the end. The sweetness is the caramel. Come and give this place a try! Today is small business Saturday! It's BOGO ON ANY XS SMALL, SMALL, and MEDIUM

I called the place multiple times. No answer. Left messages for a call back and never received one. I drove over there at 1p on Saturday and the place was closed. No sign or information posted. Not sure if they are out of business. It's a shame because their popcorn is good. Do better! Keep your customers informed. I ended up making my own for a movie night party!

October 29 2022 (Saturday) at 3:30pm came and kettle corn shop was closed. I checked Yelp business hours prior to driving to the shop. I drove here for nothing, wasted my time. This is very bad business. I would not recommend anyone to go to this shop for kettle corn.
