Dear McDonald’s Customer Care Team,
I am writing to formally report a customer service concern regarding my recent visit to the McDonald’s located in Azusa (Store #4089).
During my visit, I entered the restaurant and waited at the front counter to place an order. Both an employee and the shift supervisor identified as Diana, appeared to notice that I was waiting for an extended period of time; however, I was not acknowledged or assisted in any way. After several additional minutes had passed, I approached them to ask if I was going to be helped.
Supervisor Diana informed me that they were completing other orders and stated that I could use the self-service kiosk instead. While I understand that McDonald’s locations are often busy, I found this response disappointing. A simple acknowledgment or brief communication—such as informing me that assistance would be provided shortly—would have gone a long way in demonstrating basic customer care.
Unfortunately, that did not occur, and the lack of acknowledgment made me feel undervalued as a customer. This experience ultimately prompted me to contact corporate, as it does not reflect the level of service I expect from McDonald’s.

Very unique McDonald's, the flavor is old-school McDonald's. They toasted my bun, my large fries were almost that old supersized amount. Nuggets tasted just better. Great job.

I when 2 days in a row and both days they forgot something even if you asking for, then the guys working there nothing of maners, some times in the phone some times talking with other coworker they don't even care if they have the customer on the window..😡

I went through the drive thru tonight after an especially trying day with the intention of using a coupon. Somehow the bill ended up being more than I anticipated and I was too exhausted to even try to figure out how. The young lady who was in charge walks to the window to explain and must have sensed i was already having a terrible day even though I was being pleasant. For her sake I'll just say she was that little bit of light I needed tonight and a reminder that there are still good people in this world. They just may be wearing McDonald's uniforms instead of capes! Thank you (I'm sorry I was so taken aback I failed to get your name. I apologize) You don't know how much your kindness tonight meant to me!

The drive-thru employees here are beyond unprofessional and flat-out disgusting. I came late at night and asked for sauce multiple times, but the guy ignored me and kept walking away. Then, when he finally gave me my food, he had the nerve to dig into my bag, grab some of my fries, pull his mask down, and eat them right in front of me. Absolutely nasty and unacceptable behavior.

This McDonald’s consistently neglects mobile orders. Everytime I have placed the order 10 minutes in advance and then have to wait in the spot for another 10-20 minutes. This is not an exaggeration I actually timed it this time. My orders are always simple and common items. I also went it to see what the deal was and watched them make several new orders while mine sat on the counter half completed.
