The store looked very dirty. The kids went into the play area. There was a man up in the play structure. There was lots of trash inside the play structure. The man went out the back door that was open to the play area. I went to tell the manager which didn't seem to have time for me. She watched me stand there until I left. To be fare she was busy. The parking lot was very filthy, with wrappers and trash as well. I will never go back. We did not eat here.

I was just at the drive-thru and the gentleman that was at the drive thru was rude he didn’t knowledge I was there until I said hello. He said wait a minute. And took forever! Horrible service and this is how yall want us to order from you all! Haha some BS! Mind you I had already placed order to pickup online. Had to cancel! Can’t order from this type of establishment! For just 4 dollars more I had a better meal at IN N OUT!

Manager kicked out a homeless man out of the restaurant despite me stating that I bought them food. I understand sanitary concerns and restaurant appearance but really?? Not allowing them to wait 3 minutes until the food I paid for was prepared? No empathy from service workers, could not even hand them the food myself. Chased off property.

I bought a late lunch for my mother in law and myself. it's McDonald's never the same at any location. Quality and consistency are what make a restaurant, and they all lack customer service. You never get what you see as advertised. as too my food, the fries were still hot but unseasoned, my mother in laws new breaded chicken tenders were chewy and dry, as if they sat too long in their holding unit. my quarter pounder was lacking onions.and my pickles were mostly outside of my burger but in the container. I've had hotter food and seasoned fries from the McDonald's on Foothill between citrus and barranca. bon appetite.!

We asked for extra ranch and when we received our order the women in the drive thru shoved the food at my husband without saying a word shoved the food in my husbands face and left we’ve been here many time but this experience will not make me go again
