I really only come to this location for breakfast, it's convenient for me. It's on my way to work.
I usually get frappes in the morning here which are pretty good, sometimes they forget the way I ordered it at drive through speaker so have to remind them when I get to the window the way I had placed my order. You'll get a bit of attitude from employees but they end up getting it right.
They're all youngsters too so im sure they don't care about the job or people skills. I also order their sausage egg mcmuffins never have an issue with those they're made fresh. The hash browns are a hit or miss sometimes you'll get them cold sometimes just warm enough those never seemed to be at the right temperature.
The restaurant the times I've been inside a little dirty as well as the drive through and often times they'll have people asking for handouts outside of the restaurant front door and as well as the drive through.
Did not bring my food to curbside pickup; I had to go inside to get it. Workers literally having a conversation next to my food. C'mon do better

Filled up my cup too much and made my coca cola icee overflowing all over myself, your employee handed me an overflowing cup of soda icee, didn't bother to say watch out it might spill or hold onto it until it stopped pouring out from the top to give it to me, got all over my pants and car, didn't even apologize or anything just gave me napkins that I had to ask for by the way, worst management I've seen because all the manager did was just stay silent when I asked for my refund and didn't ask what the problem was. I wasn't even tweaking was a little snappy but no screaming or yelling at them and they still didn't bother with an apology or even offer a wet rag for me to clean my car better.

Came here today because Ive been working in a freezing warehouse since 7 AM. I'm tired, I'm hurting, and I just wanted something quick to take home instead of having to cook. Ordered a filet o fish comb. Asked for Lettuce, told them a large fries and a bottle of water for my combo and an extra filet o fish. Was handed a courtesy cup of water instead of the bottle. Told the guy and he said "have a nice day". Didn't even address it. Open the sandwiches, no Lettuce, and barely any tartar sauce. Food was bland. Also the fries were hard and overdone and no salt was added. Just a terrible experience. I never have issues with In N Out. I feel like everytime I go to McDonald's I get burned. Taking my wife's advice, not eating here anymore. This is the third F up in a row and I'm not gonna call again for a resolution. McDonald's customer service is as terrible as their quality control.

This McDonald's has to be the slowest out of the rest of the McDonald's nearby. Even on take out/ curbside, they take 20 MINUTES to deliver. Normally 10mins is long enough... Yet they double it.
They ALWAYS forget something in your order, could range from ketchup to that you order to fries that you pay for and now have to get out your car and go inside just so they can fix the order.
Food taste the same, service is not great or efficient

not even going to lie, i hate leaving bad reviews because it’s never that deep but the customer service today was horrible. i ordered one drink through the app and did everything on my part and waited 20 minutes. when i finally said something i got attitude from some teenager saying i have to press that im here, which i did, and he just slammed my drink on the counter.
Honestly very fast and good service by employees. Food has always been warm and properly cooked. Employees always have good attitudes. Haven't had any issues with any of my orders. Don't be shy to ask for condiments or anything else . Employees happily comply

We went for the $5 meal deal, but it turns out that the price is only for the chicken sandwich. The burger deal is $6. It included chicken McNuggets, which I hadn't had in many years. I remember them as being more tasty in years past. They seemed mushy. I wouldn't order these, again. We didn't eat them. The fries were good and hot. The burger could have been hotter, but it was good. We had to wait a while for Catsup, they wouldn't hand it to us at the order desk. We both ordered rootbeer, but we got Dr. Pepper, instead. We didn't complain because we knew it would take too long to get our correct drinks. The burger deal would be better without the chicken McNuggets, at the advertised $5, instead of $6. The seating area was well taken care of and very clean. This is a major plus.

I had curbside pick up. Mocha was sooo good and cheaper than Starbucks. Maybe I missed it in app but forgot to ask for ketchup. I substituted bacon instead of ham and smelled the ham on the sandwich even though they got the order right.
I want another mocha though. So addicting!
came back here ordering a $30 dollar meal for three people.
Didn't get my order correct. Spent my time wiping off onions from a $7.00 burger. The app wouldn't let me check in so had to call in. What great service through the app. Made my experience most memorable for horrible-ness. Just in time for the holidays.

Sadly since the pandemic this location has gone down. It is very rare to get an employee to make eye contact with you or even acknowledge you. They usually just hand the bag out the window and you get to guess if thats all. Cuz don't dare ask them a question it will ruin their whole day. It's the phone zombie generation you take away their phone and they don't know how to react in the real world. Plus the quality of the food they sell you for the price they charge is a crime.
