Today I ordered my pick up at 6:22pm arrived at 6:33pm. Then I waited 50min there until the food is ready. Obviously, they missed my order and make up excuses that they have too many orders. Plus the foods ain't that great either. The bbq pork was soggy,I always go to the Arcadia location, which they have great service at all time. I do not understand if you are understaffed then you need to figure out ways to run your restaurant. when I was there, 4 customers walked in and after waited 20mins at they walked out. The restaurant only have 3 people inside. one as a cook, the other two as host and taking orders. please don't bother going there or if you don't mind waiting for an hour. Would never go back.

The worst customer service Ever, rude servers they didn't try and accommodate at all...

Great whole in the wall for dim-sum! Craving dim-sum after a costco run? This is the place to go! My mom and I went here after going to costco down the street and was going to Smart & Final after but wanted to grab lunch. The service is pretty fast and the workers are nice. Well the lady was atleast. My mom got lunch for indoor dining and for togo and the food was good! The food did not taste oily compared to most dim-sum places. For dine-in we got Mapo Tofu and Dried Fish w/ Chinese Broccoli. Both tasted great and pretty light. The Mapo Tofu is not as spicy so it's perfect for those that can handle some heat. As for takeout, they have an actual Dim-Sum menu where you can order dim-sum and not just your regular chinese food. We will be coming back here again.

I have been ordering here quite often and the prices are higher than the restaurant in SGV. But, then again save time and gas. I always appreciate that while the prices do go up due to inflation, they never cut quality. I often order the fish fillet porridge and there are actually fillets in there! While other restaurants in SGV are cheap, I ordered somewhere else for a few dollars less and absolutely no fish for a fish porridge. Having that said, their app is so easy to order if you don't want to call. You can easily click on the website here on Yelp and order online. Then, the food is ready for take out once you arrived. This is a mom and pop restaurant, every dishes I ordered especially their ducks are so delicious and homey. I never have a problem coming here. They are nice and I know everyone enjoyed working there as I can understand them talking to each other cordially. Since Cantonese have a high pitch, it sounds like they are mean but they are not at all. Super nice people! I would love to support this establishment any chance I have for the convenience and good food!

I only order a duck to go each time. Duck was good. My parents wanted to order dimsum there and were told pre ordered needed at one point. So, can't comment on other plates. On the other hand, their service didn't meet a business standard level. To be fair, if you speak Cantonese, you may find yourself in a okay position. If you speak Mandarin, you may not feel that offended. If you speak English, you may find the staff quite rude every single time. The staff probably did not mean to be rude. But, the words and attitude always came out wrong unfortunately.

Pretty decent food. I'm not a big Chinese food fan. My wife and daughter enjoyed it.

I never tried their food. The 1 star is for the bad service we experienced while trying to order. We called them and tried to order for pickup. It was hard to hear the lady on the phone, with way too much restaurant noise. About 30 sec into the phone call, the lady put us on hold. We waited 15 min and the lady never picked up again. We gave up at that point. It really felt like they didn't want our business. A previous Yelper mentioned you must be Chinese to get any kind of service. I'll go one step further and add that you must be Cantonese... My wife tried to order in Mandarin and pretty much received the same treatment as ordering in English. Two big thumbs down.

I really wanted to like this place. It was recommended to me and there's not a lot of dim sum options in this area. I ordered take out twice to give it a fair chance. Food is decent but both times they messed up my order. Something was always missing. Maybe if I dined in my experience would be different but at this point I'm too disappointed to return.

Had a grand lunch for my Birthday. I've been close to home despite the lifting of mandates. We were asked to wait only a very short moment while we were seated and accommodated as I'm disabled. Very nice and helpfulChicken FeetChicken Chow MeinChicken Chow MeinEgg RollsJumbo Shrimp Har GowSiu Mai staff from the moment we stepped in, seated and served. Ordered dim sum to my heart's delight. There was a item I wanted that they didn't have on the menu but that was ok because they have a substantial selection. The food was fresh and delicious (I cannot overstate!!!) and the dishes were brought to the table in a timely fashion, such that, dishes did not get cold. My mom and aunt, both elderly required utensils and got those in quick order. Hot tea was available throughout. We were given a complementary dessert (pineapple buns were the best of all time in my 36 years of eating dim sum) on top of fresh fruit to cleanse the palate. The staff was so nice and they wished me a happy birthday and thanked us for coming. They really made my birthday. I am so looking forward to my next visit. Now for a nice nap. I'd say they have a patron for life.

SO RUDE! I'm speaking for my coworker who was at this location for lunch with her husband. They paid their bill with credit card but left a cash tip on the table. When they were walking out the waitress confronted my coworker and said "you didn't leave me a tip" while pointing at the receipt. She continues to say "you need to leave tip!" Of course this was upsetting for several reasons. 1. Tips are not automatic 2. It was very rude to demand a tip be put on the receipt 3. The waitress never checked the table for a tip before very rudely yelling at my coworker! My coworker turned to her and said "you're right I didn't put a tip on the receipt...my husband left you cash at the table". The waitress said oh and walked away!!

Dim sum not fresh at all, bei Jing duck is even worse also the chips came with duck all soft unfresh. Spend over $100 in here felt totally wasted. Customer service so bad too. Not recommend at all.

Amazing place to eat!! Let me start by saying the reviews about the host guy being rude are kinda rude and inaccurate. Lol. He is very nice but he just has a lot going on and a little compassion would go a long way. My fiancé and I always order here. Always. After a long hike? New Fusion. After a long skate sesh? New Fusion. Thanksgiving? New Fusion. Just for funsies? New Fusion. Their food is seriously the best. Their sesame balls, shrimp har gow, beef chow fun, bbq pork over rice, shrimp and veggie dumplings, orange chicken, kung pao chicken, kung pao shrimp, egg rolls. Literally everything is always so amazing and fresh. What I love about their food is that it tastes like the traditional Chinese dishes we know and love. But they also taste clean, not so greasy, and much fresher than other places we have been too. The guy at the front always taking orders can be short sometimes because he is very busy, but he's actually really nice and is doing his best. A+ from me and my fiancé.

Ordered dim sum to go from New Fusion and it was just okay. Nothing was terrible but nothing really stood out to me as well. Definitely filled my dim sum craving but lots of better places to go to.

After every bite, juice flows between my mouth with a succulent flavor of the broth. The pork bbq bao had a little too much bread to meat ratio but was still fullfilling and tastefull. The Honk Kong style chowfun was ok and not bad but nothing to rave about. The duck over rice was delicious, the duck was very meaty and cooked perfectly. Placed over a nice bed of white rice it made a great meal. I would dine here again.
