Ordered teriyaki chicken earlier today. It was undercooked and I ended up with a massive stomach ache and vomited it all out. Horrible.

Nice, attentive, good service. Carly was nice
I’ve had horrible experiences at this Panda location twice.
First time, they were VERY stingy on portion sizes. I always order plates & have gotten double the portion compared to what this location gives.
However, I wanted to give them a second chance. They managed to do even worse. For me to say I was livid is an understatement. I place an online order at approximately 9:30pm & when I walked in to pick it up at the estimated time, they said they were unable to check my order since they closed online ordering at 9:30pm. I’ve ordered around this time at multiple locations and NEVER had this issue. They refused to offer me a refund.
AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. If you’re craving Panda and reside in Azusa, go to either the Grand/Badillo or the Mountain/Duarte location.

They gave me a faint whiff of the sirloin steak. It was mostly onions and bell pepper in a flavorless sauce. The chow mein was also dry and bland. The only good thing was the orange chicken. This is definitely the last time I give Panda a chance. Go down the street and give Chinese Taste a try instead, it's right next to the chic fil a. They will load you up at a cheaper price, and the selection actually has flavor. I recommend the fish.

I placed my order and paid and I sat down and was waiting for my spingles to be cooked and they forgot all about me. He brought the spring rolls out, put them in the dish, handed some out to some other customers and didn't bring over my order to me. The guy that helped me was down serving other people and forgot all about me! Terrible service. If the employee can't remember that you had an order pending for 10 minutes!

Although the food was good, I didn't like how rude the manager (some Grumpy Small Asian Lady) is and how she treated the first responders and members of the California Army National Gaurds during the time of the Greater Los Angeles Fires when offering discounts. When the worker was trying to give us discounts and other things, the manager got mad and scolded at them.

My mobile order was ready ahead of the scheduled time, but still the perfect temperature when I arrived. Also, the new bourbon chicken thing was outstanding. 10/10 no notes

Today, I just had to have Panda Express.
Thankfully, there was one at 850 Alosta, not far from my house.
A tall, pretty young lady (they are all tall because I'm short) greeted me on the way in, and I ordered "The Plate" which included rice, noodles, and two sides.
For most of the night before, I fantasized (and ordered) the Orange Chicken, which was a Panda Express specialty. For the second side, I ordered the String Bean Chicken Breast.
Panda carries your choice of bottled drinks, and I selected a Coke from Mexico.
The Orange Chicken was flavorful and juicy, paring well with the veggie taste of string beans.
I love the brown rice that comes mixed with peas and carrots, while the noodles are great with Pandas' own seasoning.
The restaurant is run by "by-the-book" management who continue to practice the strict Corona Virus cleaning procedures and wash the floor with a garden hose and strong germicide.
But, when the sun goes down at the end of the day, it's the great Panda tradition of a good old family restaurant, an ingredient long lost in the fast food industry.
Panda Express at the Citrus Crossing in Azusa...great dining for the whole family!
Parking: Spacious parking!
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to access restrooms.

I go because Karla is there. She is a hard worker, patient, detail oriented and always makes sure the order is correct. I really appreciated that especially when I have to bring two active kids to buy food.
In terms of taste, food is usually ok, but today the cook did a great job on Teriyaki chicken. (Tuesday around 5pm) It was tender, juicy with perfect temperature - even my 3 year old daughter ate it. I think the cook’s name is Anoro or something.
Thank you Panda Express.
