Food: wife got Carne Asada Torta🍔. I ordered a hard shell beef taco 🌮 and Al Pastor burrito 🌯. Torta and taco was quite good. Burrito was OK. Atmosphere: small taco shop feel. Service: Efficient but cold? Will probably return.

Good food, I got the quesadilla. I liked that they put the lettuce and sour cream inside, most places just put it on the side. Don’t personally recommend the “guacamole”. Some of the best salsa verde I’ve had though. Gracias amigos.

This was a 10/10 with everything until recently they got rid of the homemade Agua Frescas for cheap fountain drink ones. It definitely takes away from the authenticity of this establishment that I’ve been frequenting for over 20 years. Hopefully they bring it back some day.
This is Real Mexican food. Tastes Delicious, looks delicious and the staff is delightful 😄! Do NOT confuse with the other strange “Pepe’s” chain of “mexican food” 😂😂😂😂

Man, their asada burrito is everything that’s great about Mexican food, and all that I could hope for. First off, a good burrito in LA for under $12? Yes, please. Secondly, that thing felt like it weighed close to 2 pounds. Third, it was hot and fresh and tasty and the green and red salsa had amazing flavor. It was the perfect way to punctuate a hike on the mountain.
