1 coffee -10 min waiting ..
**Warning: This place is dangerously addictive and may cause spontaneous apartment hunting in the area.**
I walked into Pressed + Flower expecting a quick caffeine fix and instead found my new life goal: figuring out how to legally move into a coffee shop. The vibe here is so impossibly cozy that I’m convinced they’ve somehow managed to bottle the essence of teddy bear and sprinkle it into the air conditioning system.
Steffi, the barista, is an absolute gem who somehow manages to be both professionally skilled and genuinely delightful – a rare combination that should probably be studied by Gen Z-ers. She crafted my matcha with the kind of care usually reserved for newborn babies or priceless artifacts, and honestly, the end result tasted like liquid happiness had been whisked into submission.
The matcha itself? It was so good that I considered asking if they offered a matcha IV drip service for ultimate efficiency. Rich, creamy, with that perfect balance that makes you question why you ever settled for gas station coffee in the first place.
But here’s the real kicker – the atmosphere is so uniquely cozy that I found myself unconsciously researching local real estate prices. The space has this magical quality where you want to bring a book, your laptop, your entire life’s belongings, and maybe a sleeping bag just in case. It’s like if a Pinterest board and a warm hug had a baby, and that baby grew up to become a coffee shop.
Fair warning: You might find yourself becoming one of those people who “has a spot” and gets genuinely territorial about your favorite corner table. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
Will definitely be back (probably tomorrow after Apartment hunting if I’m being honest).
Highly recommended for: Coffee lovers, matcha enthusiasts, anyone seeking their new spiritual home, people who enjoy being pampered by lovely baristas, and humans who appreciate spaces that feel like warm hugs.
I rarely leave low ratings. I understand running a business is tough. But waiting over 20 minutes for a basic oat milk latte, then seeing the customer after me get theirs first, was frustrating. Orders were handed out one by one without calling names or numbers, even for to-go. The staff asked if I wanted oat milk, and when handing me the drink, said “oat milk,” but it was clearly made with whole milk. The floor also looked dirty at 10am on a Sunday, like it hadn’t been swept. The overall carelessness is what pushed me to write this.
Very friendly service and a pleasant and attractive space.
Nice big coffee shop. Pretty good place to get a few hours of work done. They have WiFi and lots of seating. If you’re wanting to use an outlet they only have one table available up front with one. The others in the back by the restrooms. Coffee was good. They have some sandwiches. But when they heated it, it wasn’t thorough and was still partially cold. I’d still come back sometime
Friendly service but man ! you will wait a looooong time for 1 drink, I can't believe it took 30 minutes to make my drink, wasn't expecting this long of a wait , not sure if I'll be coming back here, my 1st time here and i think it'll be my last
Quaint, charming, fun & unique retail offerings. Staff super friendly and very attentive even through a rush. So much so that no one minded the wait: so worth it. Chocolate covered Cherry latte: too daggum good. Likewise for the apple Danish💃 Very popular place and the reason is clear. The best!
This charming coffee shop is located in downtown Azusa. I love checking out coffee shops so this was a perfect spot since I was in the area. The decor is beautiful! It is very clean and the ambience reminds me of being in a library, so quiet and mellow. The space is huge for a coffee shop. The barista was very nice and helpful with the menu choices. I decided to order the honey cinnamon latte and a pistachio croissant and both were very tasty! I'll for sure be coming back when I'm in the area!
I was looking for a new spot to meet with my manager since we work remotely and came across this cute coffee shop in Azusa. I found street parking nearby, which was convenient. I started with a matcha latte, which was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, I wasn’t a fan of the muffin, which was disappointing since I usually love muffins. I ended the workday with a Vietnamese coffee, and it was perfect. The shop also has a section with handmade items for sale, which adds a nice local touch.

I was there when it opened, and it's always been a great atmosphere. The staff is always friendly. It's a great place to chill and relax.
I love supporting local coffee shops so I was so happy that I received a recommendation from
someone who lives in Azusa and regularly visits Pressed and Flower.
This is definitely the best local coffee shop that I’ve been to, anywhere in and around the area. They have great seasonal drinks, like the brown sugar latte… amazing!
The staff is great and the owner, Laura, is amazing as well. One visit here and you’ll be reminded of why we have to keep places like this alive versus going to Starbucks!
Great coffee and very kind workers! I had the butterscotch einspanner latte.
I absolutely loved the place feels very homie! I got a matcha lavender and a bagel. Very delicious.
The staff was great. He was very helpful and courteous. I am happy I was able to find a very nice place to get a great cup of coffee and cinnamon roll.
