Great good, great service! Love the catering platter. Love all of the sauces they provide on the table too.

I recently dined at a Rutts and it was a delightful experience. The friendly staff added to the overall positive atmosphere. The menu featured a variety of Hawaiian dishes. I highly recommend trying their Hawaiian Royals and Short Rib Tacos. The portions were generous, and the presentation was visually appealing. Overall, a great spot for those craving something delicious.

fast service and AMAZING quality barbeque chicken (my go-to here). Dine-in experience is also fast and the server/cook/cashier Chris (I didn't get the other person's name) has been very attentive.Highly recommended hawaiin BBQ spot!

Authentic yummy Hawaiian food. Delicious and made to order. Service when dining in is excellent. Very attentive staff. Huge portions. Love their laulau, fried saimin, mixed plate special and catering sampler. We like their food so much that we had them cater a party for over 40 people at our house. Food was delivered on time and ready to serve. Everyone enjoyed their food. I highly recommend you try this restaurant.

We ordered a Christmas meal package to be picked up 2 days before from Eduardo. We called today and spoke to Chris to confirm and ensure our food would be ready. Chris advised us that they had no order for us because they did not have someone to buy the supplies. We were never notified in advance. Could you agine if we did not call? ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. After discussing this with coworkers, this happened last month for Thanksgiving to them! They went to the Azusa Location to pickup their meal and the business was closed. STAY AWAY.

Great Hawaiian homestyle cooking just like their other restaurant in the Westside. I got the mixed combo plate. Yum!

Pretty decent food, service coould be better though. We ordered the Salmon Plate and Lau Lau plate. The salmon was fresh, but the portion of the fish was a bit small. The Lau Lau was good though, the leaves and the pork was tender and juicy, and flavor was just right. Both dishes came with a generous portion of mac salad and two scoops of rice. The mac salad was good, but the rice was dry and tasted day old.My complaint was how long the food was taking, and I called out to the staff member twice who I could clearly see in the back of the kitchen, but didn't respond until his boss told him to...

Horrible...after two bites I couldn't eat any of it... looked like a dead carcass on my plate.. greasy veggies...fish was strong and pork looked grey!!!Then there was a squashed cockroach on dining floor as I walked to a FILTHY bathroom!!I pray I don't get food poisoning now... bad bad bad!!! Plus I paid my bill which chapped my ass!!!!If I lived in this area I would have called their county health department!

Two stars lost for bad customer service:Cashier/waitress came to the table to take our order. She has no writing pad so I'm thinking she's one of those kick-behind people who can memorize everything... WRONG! She got our order wrong so we had to wait 10 extra minutes for the cook to fix my roommate's order. She took forever to bring things to the table when we were the only ones there at the beginning. Of course, when it got busy, she was even slower! It was our first time there so we wanted to give them a fair chance and ordered lunch to go. When I called her back to the table, she told me to come up to the register to pay. Of course, when she is trying to hear me from behind the counter and I am sitting at a table over 10 feet away from her, how can she hear me! She finally got the hint and made her way to our table to take our lunch order. She brought coffee but did not offer cream. I had to get up to get it.One star lost for cleanliness:Table looked clean, but there was food on the floor under the table when I pulled out the chair to sit down. Obviously, it was not ours since we had just arrived. Bathroom smelled like pee and the floor was dirty. One star earned for food:Loco Moco: Eggs were cooked perfectly, rice was tasty, beef patty was just okay, gravy was not all that.We wanted pancakes, but they did not have them available. Also, they did not have chili so no more than one star earned.French toast breakfast: Portuguese sausage was tasty, French toast made out of King's Hawaiian bread so of course it was delicious.Coffee was just okay. One star earned for music and decent air conditioning:Hawaiian music playing in the background made us want to be back home in Kauai eating authentic Hawaiian food at Hualani's.Air conditioning was doing the job; it was hot outside at around 10:00 o'clock in the morning.

I was pleasantly surprised to see my order on an actual plate rather tha a Styrofoam container which translated into a nice portion. The beef was thinly sliced, tender , juicy with teriyaki flavor. The rice cooked well and the Mac delicious .

If I could give zero stars I would. Staff was ok. Food was trash. Ordered a combo plate with kalua and Kal bi, got dry carintas and one fkn kalbi rib loaded it with white rice. Ridiculous. Should of left when I saw the staff isn't even Hawaiian. lol Idk what kinda taste buds yall good reviewers have but I think yall still have covid and lost your taste buds. place is trash...

BOMB! The food was smackin! If you're in the mood for Hawaiian, this is definitely a great little gem and spot in the area. The service was also amazing. We came in 30 mins before closing and they assured us we can order anything we want. So sweet! They even offered us to eat there. Overall, the food and service 10/10! Wish I took pictures but we ate it all up before we could
