This has to be the worst Starbucks I've ever been to in every way... First of all, the most important part of the customer experience is the warm welcoming from the employees and sadly there was none of that. They also take extremely long to have the orders ready and it looks like there is no communication between them. I also overheard an exchange between an Uber driver and an employee where the driver wanted to use the restroom and they didn't allow him because he wasn't an actual customer, I thought that was so rude!! He is basically working for them because he is delivering their item to the customer... and they just dismissed him... I hope Starbucks does a better job hiring people who actually like to work in the customer service field, who are considered and care about the reputation of the chain. Starbucks, do better...

I went to Starbucks to just get a water cup and usually all the Starbucks I go to just give it to me for free but when I went to ask for one, the lady said I had to buy something to get the free water cup like I never heard of that until today which I think was weird because that has never happened to me at all. 😡

This is a very large and clean Starbucks. There is plenty of seating. The bathroom is also clean and tidy. The staff were very nice and the service was fast. My only thing is how awkward the hand washing station is in the dining area outside the restroom. Everyone had to watch me tuck my work shirt in and adjust things. Kinda weird. But, I liked the service a lot.

Atmosphere music inside to loud the female cashier couldn't understand what I wanted because music was to loud she couldn't even hear my husband either didn't even spell his name correctly I asked if music could be lowered a little one of workers did lower it a bit but then the music got loud again and we left instead I have been to other Starbucks music is not that loud it was a comfortable loud your going in to get a coffee not trying to get into a night club and party other people didn't say anything about it I don't know how people can listen to each other's conversations with such loud music 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🙉just talking loud and other customers can hear what you are talking about we will never go to that Starbucks again

They don't listen to the customers, they also have the music so loud , when we asked to have them to turn it down, they said yes, but absolutely ignored me. Also there attitudes really bad. Bad customer service, never been to a Starbucks with loud music like it was. I walked out with a migraine headache. Very poor, I'll never come here again. A matter of fact I'll destroy my membership Starbucks card. Never again.

The police hang out at this Starbucks, early in the morning. The kids behind the counter are friendly. It’s a lovely atmosphere: safe and hip.

I’ve typically had a positive experience with service at this location, but on a recent visit, the service quality seemed to decline. On Thanksgiving Day, I placed an online order for an Iced London Fog Latte, which was estimated to be ready in 10 minutes. However, I ended up waiting for 30 minutes, during which time only the sticker for my order was pulled, and it was clear that the tea had not been steeped, adding an additional 5-minute wait. I understand that it was a busy day, I noticed that several customers, including myself, were left waiting without any staff asking about our orders or confirming the names for mobile orders. Everyone seemed focused on other tasks rather than attending to the customers who were waiting. When I saw that my drink had just begun to be made, I asked the barista if it was possible to substitute the tea with regular tea and milk. But, she gave me a regular iced black tea instead. Just as she handed it to me, I was about to request a remake, but she walked away before I could speak to her. I didn’t feel comfortable asking another staff member for assistance because I had to return to work. Pretty much I didn’t get my moneys worth since regular ice black tea is way cheaper than what I ordered. Overall terrible experience that day, and hopefully just that day because that Starbucks is the only closest to my work. I hope this feedback helps improve their customer service, especially during busy times.

Look I'm not complaining about the food or the drinks they're Obviously good it's coffee it's kind of hard to go wrong with that what I am complaining about is prices and the variety of it's just it's too much coffee should be coffee that's it out of control with their menu and their prices did I mention the prices are way too high I'm not paying that much for a cup of coffee and then if you don't know what you're ordering they look at you kind of weird like it's my fault I don't live in Coffee Land like they do

It is next to Azusa University. There are not many chairs and tables because they are generous in the use of space. I think it is to prevent students from ordering just a cup of coffee and taking up a seat for a long time. There are many restaurants nearby, so it is good to have a meal and come here for dessert and chat. The location is great and it has long business hour until 11pm so it is good for meeting places. Starbucks never fails no matter where you go.

Great drinks.. The Bacon Gouda Sandwich did shrink, though. They used to be a more substantial sandwich.
