Wish I could leave 0 stars! I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a bagel with 2 cream cheeses. Got a breakfast sandwich (for my boyfriend) and a bagel with 0 cream cheeses. Seriously what am I supposed to do with a dry bagel? Called asked to speak with the manager and was told that there was nothing to be done because I ordered through Uber Eats. Well it wasn’t Uber Eats fault. The sealed bag clearly stated 2 cream cheeses on the bagel order. I do not wish this for myself because I take great pride in my service to my clients. But it is a shame that totally inept staff and management get away with no repercussions.

Coffee and service was great as usual. The only problem I had at this location was I came in at 7:32pm and asked to use the bathroom because I planned on being there to study and drink coffee til close. Employee with mustache, glasses, and beanie told me the bathrooms are closed and when I asked can I use it after he’s cleaning he said no and directed me to go to another local store to go to the bathroom if I needed for the 1.5 hours I was there. Just wanting to bring awareness because was disappointed no one in the store could use the bathroom after 730pm.

I would leave no stars if I can very inconsistent. I had an online order and one drink came out and another 15 minutes later, leaving my cold frap to get warm. Workers prioritized drive through, no line and still waiting for my online order. Supposed to be ready and still waited an extra 20 minutes for my drink and food. Workers don’t speak up when announcing persons name for drinks. Not a good Starbucks to come to.

Driveway is way too small even for a car like mine. I see so many deep skid marks on both the curb and the yellow guard rail. The pai t is literally comming off the yellow guard post.

Come here in the mornings loud barista who speaks as If everyone is not 1 foot away eloquently gifs her opinion on topics so Costco can hear it. Everything else was dandy.

The young lady who helped me was very professional and courteous. She spoke to me very sweetly. I noticed she was also speaking very nicely to older people and calling them "Sweetie". I'm under the impression that she must've been the manager. I wish all employees at Starbucks had her attitude. Great employee and I really hope the company takes good care of her.

Pretty standard. Big dining room which still has tables and stuff. The staff are always awesome. They always ask if I've gotten my online order if I've been standing their for a bit. Never get my orders wrong. Consistent good stuff. Usually get the food and drink out pretty quickly.

My husband bought a fresh brew coffee and went out back to our car parking in the handicap spot in the premise of Starbucks, to me, who was sitting in the car because I recently got my left foot ankle broken. After finishing the 1st brew coffee, I asked my husband to refill one more coffee for me; then my husband was very frustrated coming back and said the refill was rejected by the same service person of the 1st coffee because “…our policy the refill must be stayed inside the premise???…”. Have anyone heard that Starbucks has this refill policy??? The service person is an around 20s young lady, with dark brown braided hair, black framed glasses and a noise ring. Do the Starbucks outside sitting area and Starbucks parking areas belong to the premise of the Starbucks? Yes, BUT NOT INSIDE….So, customers bought coffees and sitting in these areas CANNOT get REFILL, just because “NOT INSIDE the PREMISE”
