The food was good but once I opened my venti cup, noticed I was missing some coffee. Make sure you check your coffee levels before you takeoff in the drive-through.

One of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to the quality of the drinks is inconsistent at best. Service of the staff is terrible. They seem incapable of handling the simplest of tasks.

Having been a Starbucks customer for 30+ years and forking over countless thousands of dollars for fraps and cake pops I can attest this location is on point with virtually every other. The parking lot & drive thru leave a bit to be desired because it's kind of a pita if you have a lowered vehicle. Other than that the staff is always nice and get my orders right so I'll be frequenting this local when in town.

The employees think customers won’t notice when they don’t put all the ingredients you ask and pay for in a coffee. When you ask for a specific number of pumps of vanilla, it shouldn’t be dark black and taste like pure espresso.

I'm sorry to leave a negative review. I actually liked coming to this Starbucks location for a while, but over the last 2 or 3 months their customer service has gone down hill. The last few times I've ordered I've had to ask them to remake my iced coffee, and the general customer/barista interactions have been awkward. Maybe it's this younger generation of employees that are still developing their customer service skills? I just think this location really needs to work on their (professional) customer service, consistency, and really listening to customers on what they're ordering. This location is good for a once in a while visit, but not for regular returning customers.

One star cuz I come here a lot and I hate how they dont that have a door bell for their front counter pick up, they always ignore the pick up area so there needs to be a way they can notice you more otherwise always go thru drive thru here since there's no seating inside fyi...

We were rudely and extremely rushed when ordering. At the window she ignored us when we asked how much our order total was and just charged us then charged extra for the caramel crunch which they forgot to add. Can’t believe how bad the service was.

The parking sucks. I like to do mobile orders and just pick it up. Depending on the time of day, the drive thru can get ridiculous. They have 3 regular spots and 1 handicap spot. You can't go inside, so I'm waiting outside for my drink. I see employees walking back and forth. No acknowledgement. Finally someone comes over and hands me my drink. It was ready, just no one available i guess. I know drive thru's are priority for employees, but i won't come to this one again.

I was yelled at by the batista because I placed a mobile order and got it through the walk-up window. I was told I needed to go through the drive-thru only. Then, hours later, my credit card was hacked. This was the only place I used my card in a week. It's not a coincidence.
