One star cuz I come here a lot and I hate how they dont that have a door bell for their front counter pick up, they always ignore the pick up area so there needs to be a way they can notice you more otherwise always go thru drive thru here since there's no seating inside fyi...
We were rudely and extremely rushed when ordering. At the window she ignored us when we asked how much our order total was and just charged us then charged extra for the caramel crunch which they forgot to add. Can’t believe how bad the service was.

The parking sucks. I like to do mobile orders and just pick it up. Depending on the time of day, the drive thru can get ridiculous. They have 3 regular spots and 1 handicap spot. You can't go inside, so I'm waiting outside for my drink. I see employees walking back and forth. No acknowledgement. Finally someone comes over and hands me my drink. It was ready, just no one available i guess. I know drive thru's are priority for employees, but i won't come to this one again.

I was yelled at by the batista because I placed a mobile order and got it through the walk-up window. I was told I needed to go through the drive-thru only. Then, hours later, my credit card was hacked. This was the only place I used my card in a week. It's not a coincidence.

I recently went through the drive-thru with a large order of seven drinks for my coworkers and me. The staff was friendly, quick, and got every drink just right. I used my company card since we were out right before Thanksgiving, but I forgot to ask for a receipt—something I didn’t realize until I was back at work. I called the store, and they went above and beyond by sending me a copy of the receipt via text. I’m so grateful for their helpfulness and excellent service!

I placed a mobile order about 30 minutes in advance; surprisingly, upon arrival the items were still not ready (black iced tea). I had to ask the girl who was attending the window 3 times before she could comprehend my meaning. Then she started making them and it took another 5 minutes...
Overall, this place is slightly above average with shorter drive through wait, maybe it was around 10 am and not during rush hours...

This place reads that it's open early but it is not. I have been there at 5:30 am and it's not open yet, the people at the window will tell you they're not open yet. Don't waste your time.

I've tried giving this location a couple of chances but every time it's been disappointing. First they take way too long with the orders. My ice coffee has been nothing but full of ice and hardly any coffee you can hardly taste what you ordered. Today I ordered the Mango dragonfruit lemonade and they hardly put any dragon fruit and I always order this drink in other locations and this one was just disappointing.

Dietary restrictions: Honestly, the dietary is restrictions that they have at the Starbucks is amazing. They have plenty of lactose free drinks, which is very thoughtful.

Love coming to this Starbucks when I come to Covina they’re always so helpful and nice . Their manager Jessica is excellent and has wonderful customer service.
