Having been a Starbucks customer for 30+ years and forking over countless thousands of dollars for fraps and cake pops I can attest this location is on point with virtually every other. The parking lot & drive thru leave a bit to be desired because it's kind of a pita if you have a lowered vehicle. Other than that the staff is always nice and get my orders right so I'll be frequenting this local when in town.
The parking sucks. I like to do mobile orders and just pick it up. Depending on the time of day, the drive thru can get ridiculous. They have 3 regular spots and 1 handicap spot. You can't go inside, so I'm waiting outside for my drink. I see employees walking back and forth. No acknowledgement. Finally someone comes over and hands me my drink. It was ready, just no one available i guess. I know drive thru's are priority for employees, but i won't come to...
I recently went through the drive-thru with a large order of seven drinks for my coworkers and me. The staff was friendly, quick, and got every drink just right. I used my company card since we were out right before Thanksgiving, but I forgot to ask for a receipt—something I didn’t realize until I was back at work. I called the store, and they went above and beyond by sending me a copy of the receipt via text. I’m so grateful for their helpfulness and excellent service!
