Really good chilaquiles, both salsas are good but I prefer verde. Solid quesataco, the consome is flavorful. Great service, definitely recommend if you want some authentic Mexican food.

A friend recommended this place so we went for lunch. The food reminded me of one of those really good food trucks. Ceviche is killer good! Very quaint atmosphere, clean tables and friendly service. Will definitely come back to try a torta and tacos.

I love this place and the people who work here, but......The quality of the meat they are using the last 2 years has gone down so bad its unbearable. Also their beams and rice just aren't the same anymore. I'm literally eating a Carne Asada burrito as I write this and it's proving the point others have been trying to tell me, which is its time to move on. I hope they can get back to their old delicious ways and I'll try again in 6 months or so but until then adios amigos and amigas.

Arguably the best carna asada burrito in Azusa. Taco tapatio has been an iconic restaurant in Azusa for many years. Excellent food, great service and great prices.Kid-friendliness: Great kids plates.

Got the fish tacos and it had no taste. I POURED the salsa verde on there and it was still completely flavorless. I couldn't comprehend how I was chewing on so much and tasted so little lolHalf the restaurant where the kitchen is smelled so bad it was nauseating and suffocating. It smelled like old grease but it sat heavier than that, hard to explain. They need better ventilation there for sure. Should've known when I pulled up and it was empty.Mind you I was starving when I ordered and food always tastes better when you're hungry lol. Certainly not the case
