Love this place the staff is always amazing, friendly and patient.
I visit this place regularly and recently ordered a smoothie while with a friend who had never tried their drinks before.
I asked the girl serving me if she could put the leftover smoothie in a small cup for my friend to taste, but she informed me there would be an extra charge. I was taken aback since they would just throw it away otherwise. I just don’t understand the policy.

really bummed. I come here all the time and not only did my drink get poorly made the service was the worst I've experienced there. I don't know if he was new or not trained properly but pretty upsetting as someone that comes here all the time. its like half the ingredients are missing (ordered a bro rogan)

Don’t order for delivery. They use door dash and if door dash cancels because they can’t pick it up, Tru Bowl will keep your money for the delivery and not reimburse you. Unbelievable! Total scam.
