My wife and I just visited Urban Cafe here in Azusa, we were just AMAZED by the outstanding service by Kiera and Alejandra, they were very kind, caring and just gave us an overall OUTSTANDING service. They are truly setting the bar very high in what hospitality and customer care should be! I would not be surprised if they are managers. Thanks urban cafe for having such exceptional team members! Carolinh was AMAZING! Her attention to detail, customer care, and allergy awareness was absolutely perfect. The restaurant was incredibly clean and the atmosphere was welcoming. This restaraunt is the perfect pit stop between Christmas shopping and New Year’s parties. You must stop in and when you do, ask to be waited on by Carolinh.
