I decided to give this place a try when I saw my roommate keep ordering. Now I see why he orders all the time. The wings are great.

First off please change the name from "Wing Boss" to "Wing reject". The wings were over cooked, dry, and literally just tasted like it was fried with excess bbq drippings (sounds like it would be heaven... but this is not the case). I got their Mac and cheese for my son, but he spit it out so fast. No wonder it was a 2-for-1 special. Not sure if it's just everything tasting bad that messed up my taste buds, but even the unsweetened iced tea tasted over brewed. Save yourselves. I was fool to listen to Ubereats recommendations. Please.

Oh man where do i start. I cant believe this is a highly recommended place on uber eats and i was too d*** to look at the reviews. Basically - if you want dry, overcooked, tasteless, hard to eat wings.. look no further. Also if you're ordering from here there might be a chance that they dont add any of the combo items on there like veggie sticks, fried and your drink!! Dont make the same mistake as me and go get wingstop or buffalo wild wings. Stick to bbq Dickies, you dont belong in the wings world. If you REALLY want to know, i got lemon pepper, cajun and garlic parm. Lets just say the only one i could taste was lemon pepper - to which they almost messed up by being stingy on the seasoning. Idk how you can make garlic parm and cajun tasteless.. but they did. I will never order from here again!!!

Absolutely the worst order I've made. Nothing was right, items were missing, and things were just trash. I threw away the sad excuse for a chicken sandwich they gave me. Don't get food here whatever you do.

Wings were salty. I ordered sprite but got coke instead. I also didn't receive my veggie sticks with my Uber eats order. I also read another review that said they left a weird aftertaste and I couldn't agree more.

I don't often write reviews but after the call I just had with "Manager" Johnny, thought it was important to let management and others know who they have employed. For clarity, this phone call was on 10/13/21 at approx. 6pm. I called because my order was wrong and per the notice I received on Uber Eats, it suggested I notify the restaurant of the error. I called and spoke with one individual first. He was friendly and gathered as much info from me as he could and said he would get the manager so he placed me on hold. The first words from the person on the line was "Yes, how can I help you". I asked who I was speaking with and he answered "the manager" (instant attitude). I then asked if he wanted all the info again or if he was aware of my situation. He then proceeded to state that he was told I was missing some items but that the other food items were correct on his end (I had ordered 20 wings with the 3 options being "lemon pepper", "sweet chili", and "no sauce") I informed him I received only 2 of those options (one of my family members tends to get rashes with any spicy foods so the "no sauce" option was for them). Let me preface this by saying, I had no intention of requesting anything from this 'restaurant' (it's basically just a store front name for the Dickey's BBQ wings). I wanted to make sure they were aware so that this error doesn't happen again. What I was met with was a snarky response of "so are the wings you got not edible?" It was at this time that I asked him again what his name was. He hesitantly told me it was Johnny. I let Johnny know that I'm sure he's having a busy day and while I understand that, the attitude he's exuding is coming across strongly on my end and it was unnecessary. His response? "OK" and he hung up. Dickeys/Wing Boss.... Please remind your employees they are in the service industry. A 'please', 'thank you', and an 'I'm sorry' go a long way. The customer isn't always right and they shouldn't have to deal with disrespect... but when the costumer isn't wrong and simply bringing something to their attention, this man's response is uncalled for.

Idk why but my wings all had a bad salami after taste, my Mac and cheese was bland. For the price might as well get a 99 cent box of Mac and cheese better. Not worth the $ here. Might as well go to wing stop.

I did not enjoy my wings. the wings were dry and hard to chew. the fries and pecan pie was good but i am disappointed that i paid so much for unsatisfied food. the customer service was good.
